Good location, clean and comfortable. Andrew was also exceptionally helpful and kind.
The room was a bit tired, the coving was lovely but crumbling. There were rips on the bottom bed sheet but I do have to say it was clean and very comfortable.

The people that own the place were lovely, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing
The room was very basic with a lot of evidence of leaks, peeling paper, the mattress was very old and the bed had no headboard
