Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it.
Andrew was very friendly and welcoming and a good cook.
The young lady who served breakfast was polite and very attentive.

Nice period features and spotlessly clean. The weather was miserable when i arrived and the room was nice and warm. Just a short walk to the town centre and easy street parking just round the corner.
Good communication after booking and the owners were really friendly.
Guest also have access to a small guest kitchen which has a microwave and some plates etc.

The people that own the place were lovely, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing
The room was very basic with a lot of evidence of leaks, peeling paper, the mattress was very old and the bed had no headboard
