Superb

Carina (the host) was very, very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of really good advice for the hiking routes, which we otherwise would not have found. She also saved us when we didn't have any bread for dinner. :D

The public transportation is not that good here, which is why we always use our car. But to be honest, it's not really their (Gästehaus Stöckl) fault so everything is fine :)

Exceptional

This was a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location.The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality. The breakfast was very good. It was the first time we stayed here,but I hope, it wasn't the last!

sehr gute Lage (Ortsrand), Wanderrouten sind nur 1 km entfernt, sehr freundliche, immer hilfsbereite Gastgeberin (gibt gerne Tipps), kleines Zimmer für 1 Person ausreichend, Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, tagsüber kann man die gemeinsame Küche benutzen um sich selber was zuzubereiten oder etwas im Kühlschrank zu lagern.

Guter Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, wenn man Wanderungen vor hat oder man sich schnell mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr bewegen möchte. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die man mit anderen Gästen gut nutzen kann, wenn man eine frühe Wanderung plant und nach Rücksprache nicht am regulären Frühstück (ab 8 Uhr) teilnimmt. Das Frühstück ist in seiner Ausstattung okay (pro Person: Kaffee oder Tee, abgezählte Brötchen/ Scheiben Brot mit Belag [Wurst, Käse], dazu optional ein gekochtes Ei und ein einfaches Müsli sowie kleinere Naschereien), die Gastgeberin reagiert aber auf Wünsche. Ebendiese Gastgeberin erlebt man als sehr herzliche Dame zur Frühstückszeit, sie weiß sich aber auch zurückzunehmen.

Die Unterkunft ist als Nichtraucher-Unterkunft ausgewiesen. Dies gilt aber nicht für die Balkone, die an die Zimmer angeschlossen sind. Wir bewohnten Zimmer 3 im ersten Stock und waren links und rechts umgeben von rauchenden Gästen. Wenn unsere Nachbarn geraucht haben, zog der Zigarettenrauch beim Lüften in unser Zimmer. In der Gemeinschaftsküche der Unterkunft wurden Spüllappen und Geschirrhandtücher während unsere Aufenthaltes zu selten ausgetauscht, sodass sich bei vollem Hause und damit reger Benutzung der Spüle Gerüche in Lappen und Handtüchern gebildet haben. Die Bodenhygiene in Zimmer 3 verwunderte uns. Nach der Übernahme des Zimmers stellten wir beispielsweise Schmutzkrümel, Staub (unter der Heizung, auf der Bettleiste hinter dem Kopfkissen) sowie vereinzelte Hand- bzw. Fußnägel und längere Haare auf dem Boden fest. Die vereinzelten Nägel und Haare entsorgten wir händisch. Die Wascharmaturen (Becken, Spiegel), Toilette, etc. im Bad waren aber gereinigt. Einzig die Rückseite eines Teleskopspiegels war voller Fingerabdrücke. Was rätselhaft war: Die Auflage der Kommode im Zimmer sonderte einen fischigen Geruch ab. Die Gastgeberin hat ein nützliches System, um zu signalisieren, dass eine Reinigung stattfinden soll. Ein Säckchen wird an die Zimmertür gehängt, sodass die Gastgeberin keine Reinigung durchführt, aber dafür eine Nascherei hinterlässt. Trotzdem wir das Säckchen im Zimmer deponierten, hing es immer wieder an der Tür, befüllt mit Naschereien, was das System redundant macht und nichts an der Bodenhygiene änderte. Es konnte aber durchaus wahrgenommen werden, dass bespielsweise ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss feucht durchgewischt wurde, nachdem Gäste abreisten.

Die Gastgebern sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist mit Liebe serviert.

Wenn ihr das Zimmer auf dem Dachgeschoss bucht. Musst ihr beachten, dass die Gemeinschaftdusche schon klein und eng ist. Ist nicht für jeden Mensch geeignet.

Tolle Atmosphäre, beim Frühstücken kommt man mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch.

Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Carina ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten vor, am Thumsee zu baden, prompt wurden uns Badehandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Estancia agradable en un pueblo tranquilo

Hermosa construcción en un pueblo tranquilo y céntrico. En comparación con otros alojamientos de la zona éste tenía una buena relación calidad precio. Habitación cómoda con baño privado. Aparcamiento gratuito en la propiedad. Buen desayuno. Me gustó la manera de gestionar la limpieza de la habitación a cambio de dulces. Propietaria muy amable. Da consejos para recorridos y excursiones en la zona.

Todo bien. Nada que comentar.
