Amazing place for relaxation

A unique and atmospheric accommodation with a kind and welcoming staff.

The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic – already on the access bridge we knew we had made the right choice by choosing such an adventurous place to stay. We visited in December, and the accommodation was pleasantly warm despite the strong wind when we arrived. The jacuzzi in the room is spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after cold walks outdoors. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive; we lost our room key, and they were nothing but understanding and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone – staying on the boat is a truly unique experience.

Decent place on the river

The service. The location. The view

Small and not well maintained room. Pergola outside pounded on the wall because of wind. Very unsafe stair railings. Poor and not really tasty breakfast.

Not what was promised

Location and view was nice, bed was comfy, airconditioning worked

I wanted the hot tub, got the upgrade and ended up with the worst room they had, with no view of the water and no hot tub. It was right above the kitchen, smelled like the kitchen all day, could smell the smoke from cigarettes all day, towels smelled like cigarettes , all my clothes smelled like kitchen and cigarettes, toilet wasnt properly cleaned, headboard was full of questionable stains. I went to tell the employee about all this, even he said "yes its bad". My travel companion got a nicer room, after they told me there were no others rooms available . Breakfast wasnt good. A la carte, but not many healthy nice options.

Pleasant stay by the water

Very friendly staff, lovely terrace on the water, close to the mall and bus station. Parking available with a fee (inside the park). Breakfast a la carte, very good.

The only downside was that the room moved quite a lot whenever boats passed by or large waves formed. At times it was uncomfortable, especially if you are not used to that sensation. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

Sinisa checked us in and was there for the majority of our stay and he made the stay 10 stars! He was kind, and always available for a helping hand and speaks brilliant English! The staff were very accommodating with food after I was poorly so I really appreciate that. The hot tub is nice and the views are nice. The bed is AMAZING BEST SLEEP EVER.

Our room was quite ran down. Toilet seat broken, mould on ceiling in bathroom. The bathroom floor gets EXTREMELY wet when taking a shower and the shower barely runs. Anti slip mats would go a long way in the bathroom. And the boats literally dump their rubbish outside which is a big shame for looks and environment. It’s was all just little things so it’s not bad but hopefully Flow will just do some maintenance.

Nice location, but far from the city center

Nice and modern rooms, and a nice location along the river. The location is top to relax, to go to the beaches or for a walk, run or play. For a visit to Belgrado, you need a car or taxi. If you want to walk, it's a couple of km.

Cleaning could be better, and jacuzzi was empty. However, this was fixed quickly by filling with fresh (warm) water. You have to pay for the entrance with a car on the island.

Needs improvements

The room was really nice and the view was amazing.

Unfortunately, there were bed bugs on our bed. We found out in the morning after being already bit. The jacuzzi didn't work. Workers were not so friendly and sometimes didn't know what to do

A unique floating hotel with a fantastic lakeside view, great amenities, and exceptional value—perfect for families, kid

We rarely leave reviews, but Flow Hotel in Belgrade truly deserves it. The lakeside setting is stunning and the floating hotel is full of charm. Rooms on the lake side may be smaller, but they more than compensate with a spacious terrace, comfy chaise longues, and great extras like the internal bathtub and outdoor jacuzzi. Everything is modern, clean, and well-kept. The staff are genuinely friendly, both with guests and kids—there’s even a play corner with toys. Pet-friendly, too, which is a real plus for families. The food is very good, and for the price, this is honestly one of the best bargains out there—top quality for the money. It’s a shame the annex is gone, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

The room and the restaurant.

Some of our belongings were missing after the changing of the towels in our room (some money). Apology was the only thing after our complaint. We expected at least room discount, free dinner....but nothing. Very disappointing 😞.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted kindly by the staff who led me to a modern and spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a beautiful park, which was perfect for a relaxing walk around the pond to take in the nature. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were always polite and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and romantic evening or a peaceful stay surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel is worth the money and more, and I can't wait to book my next stay.

great rooms and a perfect location. The manager of the hotel Svetlana is a very kind woman makes you feel like you’re at home. Marko a great chef, he gave me to taste his cookies delightfully delicious! and the two waiters were very nice. it’s a wonderful team and hotel! I will recommend this hotel to everyone
