Breakfast was good.

Staff was rarely available, some not even speaking English. The room in the attic was uncomfortable, we have hit our head more than once, sink was so small we weren’t able to even wash our face + it was super smelly once water was turned on. Music is loud for a very long time. More than one silverfish was walking in the apartment.

Very close to the city centre of Palanga. I requested them to change my standard room as it had a very small toilet not suitable for family with kids. The staff were very helpful and did it the very next day. The staff at the reception even helped me to find a good play area for my 3 year old son.

The air conditioner was not working most of the time. They did try to fix it, but it kept breaking down. There was no hot water in the morning once. On letting them know they fixed it. Parking is very limited, cost €10/day and you have to leave your keys at the reception. They have only two standard rooms. One of them has a very small and narrow toilet. Not suitable for family with kids.

Simple staying in central location

Good location if you want to stay in the center of Palanga. Very basic and simple room, but clean .

Breakfast not exceptional, we had to choose the day before what to eat the day after and it took very long time to have it.

A good welcome and a highly recommended hotel and restaurant for your stay in Palanga

We had a good sized premium room, it was warm and clean We had a warm welcome at reception and throughout our stay. Very impressed by a personal setrvice feeling as the hotel is relatively small. The breakfast was fantastic and the food generally was tasty and well prepared. Well done to the chef and team in the restaurant.

It was not a problem for us but I am sure that in the high season there is a fair amount of noise as it is in the centre of the main tourist street

Location on the main tourism street of Palanga. Room was kind a big and cosy, only my wife did not like the sense/ aroma of cleaning stuff. Breakfast - 100%

At the time we were there and sense of common that it is not a tourism season - there are not to complain about anything

Beach side hotel 🩵

Great location, spacious room. Everything was clean and breakfast was great. Staff all friendly. Spa wasn't available the day we arrived but we booked for the following morning. It is in a busy part of town so was noisy till around midnight. Not an issue for us though we could hear it. Lots of restaurants close by and the beach was a 5 minute walk

Breakfast was very good and tasty. The location of the hotel is convenient - near the sea, the park.

Unlike last year, this year the staff was disappointing. The girl at the reception cannot solve any problem. The room was not cleaned at all in 3 days. Although free car parking was confirmed when booking, it was necessary to pay 10 Eur per night.

everything was great: cozy and spacious room, very clean, great breakfast. location in the niosiest street so it depends on what you need.

we got very unpleasant and stubborn receptionist. in the evening I had some guests over. we were watching video tape from wedding anniversary. didn't make any noise or anything. but receptionist was very categorick and told our guests to leave the building. when we continued to be in the room she even let herself to enter the room with hers key and raise voice on my guests. and at the end called police to get them out.. we traveled all over the world, lived in many hotels but that never happened before. unpleasant end of the weekend, but that made it very memorable:) so I guess it turned out well:)
