Nothing is good . Bad service bad bed

The"Dear [Director l], I was disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The facilities were outdated, and the service was poor. Check-in was delayed until 3 pm, and checkout was at 11 am. The bed was uncomfortable, causing back pain. Overall, the experience was more akin to a 1-star hotel. Thanks.

Buffet breakfast. Staff stopped adding food 45 min before closing. THEY SAID WE ARE NOR ADDING FINISHED FOOD BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSING SOON.

Everything was great. Great location, staff was friendly, awesome breakfast (they serve eggs benedict for breakfast). SPA zone was something different as you need to book the visit and all spa zone is dedicated only for you.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. I loved the visit. But, will I come back? Probably not. Not my type of hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center. I was surprised by the inflexibility of the hotel staff and the desire to make a sale out of every move. We wanted to arrive a little earlier than 11-12 hours, but the hotel administrator demanded to pay 30%. more. This was really bad news. The rooms are spacious but cold. No minibar, coffee in the room. . Breakfast is excellent.

The senior administrator Mrs. Jelena is rude and impolite. The staff is tense and scared.Poor sound insulation
