Just to note, maybe if there are vegans or lactose intolerant people - might not have a lot of option for breakfast but maybe you do special requests.

We were not informed that sauna will not be available in the evening prior to arrival.
Somewhat outdated appliances (i.e. not a powerful hair dryer or couldn’t charge electric toothbrush as there was no comparable socket).

The hotel is in a great location — close to the city center and within walking distance to the sea. The lobby and the restaurant are modern and inviting, creating a good first impression. Underground parking is available at a reasonable price, which is a big plus.
Breakfast was a bit unusual: the variety wasn’t wide and some options seemed a bit odd, but overall the quality and taste were quite good.
The apartment (studio) we stayed in felt quite outdated and wasn’t perfectly clean — we even found several flies in the room upon arrival. There was a strange odor coming from the ventilation system, and during the night, the air conditioning or ventilation was quite loud and couldn’t be turned off from the room, making it hard to sleep.
The pool area also had some downsides. The opening hours were very limited (only 9–12, with checkout at 12), making it almost impossible to enjoy for one-night guests. There was no staff present in the pool area, and children were left unattended, jumping into the water and splashing excessively, which made it uncomfortable for other guests.
