The hotel is ok overall, but not the room we got

Overall spacious rooms, great location, available parking and access to the pool. We booked the pool area for private access in the evening and spent great time. Staff was very friendly at the reception.

The room we stayed in required renovation, and most importantly was not very clean. Pictures and the reality were very different.

Everything was excellent except breakfast

Room was spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable. Pool zone quite small but not crowded, clean and very warm.

The breakfast is really poor, no fruits, no porridge, no pancakes, hard to find something for a child to eat. Terrible coffee.

Good place to stay.

Great location. Especially good room for a family with a child/children, as there is a kitchenette with everything you might need. Clean, very spacious rooms and bathroom, good sound insulation, spacious balconies. Caring hotel staff. A small but cozy spa that's available in the mornings. The breakfast menu could be more extensive.

The food raised some concerns about freshness during the first two mornings, especially the omelet – it even seemed a bit spoiled. On the last morning, however, the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

First time our keys didnt work, had to get new ones, breakfast was small, spa was loud and crowded, and also noticed that we had a dirty blanket.

Great location , friendly staff , good breakfast , private parking , easy and quick check in and check out , clean property and quiet at night .

We have booked 2 bedroom apartment . One bedroom was perfect , second one in my opinion didn’t meet standards - first of all AC was not working properly , this issue has to be addressed properly , if the weather is warm it makes it uncomfortable , as we needed to sleep with open doors to the living room . Second bedroom is very basic as well , with two beds and two side tables , power connection only behind one bed , basically needs improvement as well were both adult couples staying at the apartment . WiFi doesn’t work properly in bedrooms either - probably need to invest into new routers .

The hotel has potential but falls short of the standards expected from Mana Hotels.

The hotel is in a great location — close to the city center and within walking distance to the sea. The lobby and the restaurant are modern and inviting, creating a good first impression. Underground parking is available at a reasonable price, which is a big plus. Breakfast was a bit unusual: the variety wasn’t wide and some options seemed a bit odd, but overall the quality and taste were quite good.

The apartment (studio) we stayed in felt quite outdated and wasn’t perfectly clean — we even found several flies in the room upon arrival. There was a strange odor coming from the ventilation system, and during the night, the air conditioning or ventilation was quite loud and couldn’t be turned off from the room, making it hard to sleep. The pool area also had some downsides. The opening hours were very limited (only 9–12, with checkout at 12), making it almost impossible to enjoy for one-night guests. There was no staff present in the pool area, and children were left unattended, jumping into the water and splashing excessively, which made it uncomfortable for other guests.

The spaciousness of the 2-room unit with kitchen was great for our family of 4. Great beds, very quiet between other rooms as well. The location was very central to the amusement area and the beach, perfect for kids.

The breakfast options were not very vegan-friendly. While there were some salads and marinated vegetables available, there was a noticeable lack of plant-based protein sources such as beans, lentils, or tofu

Great budget fancy accomodation in a great location

breakfast was good, not too many options but enough to enjoy. Spacious apartment with all amenities you could need. Nice spa zone, it was small but functional.

quality of the interior, they have made it the the way is minimum necessary to look good and to deliver good impression but once you are in the hotel you can feel that it is not as it looks like. One of the room did not have window.

A clean comfortable studio in the center of Palanga

A good central location, rather quiet, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, good breakfast, very clean. The hotel has sauna and steam room, small pool and jacuzzi for morning hours 9am-noon. The staff kindly allowed to use the (paid) hotel parking until 3pm.

Room 201 (with separate entrance) was dark, because of the architecture of the balcony and had no access to elevator. The studio room has kitchen facilities, but there is only a low coffee table for eating.

Light and cosy stay in the embrace of civilized nature.

Perfect location. Cosy apartment with light sand colours everywhere. Good kitchen devices (the fridge, the kettle, the induction hob) in the appartment and even surprisingly sharp knife among the cutlery! 👍👍👍👌 Big balcony with cosy wooden floor and wide sky view with church tower in it. Cosy and spacy bathroom with good bath and organic washing products in there.

Didn't try breakfast this time because didn't like it 2 years ago, so prefered to make my own breakfast in my room (to be sure that my meals will be hot, not "pretty warm"...)

There was now any table in the balcony - only chairs. Too much chlorine in the pool (and jacuzzis), or any other stuff that is used for cleaning the water in the pool), due to this we felt eye burning - itching even without getting under the water.

Calm and relaxing stay.

the room was spacious and cean, it had a kitchen area and a nice lounge with 2 balconies! The view was into the river, it was a very calm and relaxing stay. I need to mention that the underground parking has a ultra steep entry, that was a bit scary experience. Nevertheless, the stay was very pleasant.

Room size and breakfast was nice. I loved the location, because the hotel is right at the main streen but in a very calm place next to the beautiful church.

the fact that nobody tried to calm children at the first floor. They were running and shouting every single night. I think that hotel should take care of every guest, especially that there are people who are coming to the hotel to relax without their children.
