Perfection!

This is not the first time we have visited this hotel, but after a slightly longer break, checking other options, we can see progress - previously there was a lack of order in the spa area, now we met a great team there, who maintained super order with a great mood, and also did not let those who did not follow the rules forget. at the same time always with a smile and helpfully. The cleanliness of the room - incomparable. I am a big lover of cleanliness, I rarely feel really calm about this issue, but this time everything was ideal. Many thanks to the staff. I was very pleased with the changes in the restaurant menu - we tried it, liked everything, especially the wild boar lasagna! thank you for stay and see you (for sure), because there is no other place like it in Palanga, at least for now :)

It exceeded my expectations!

This hotel is exceptional! Wonderful location, 5 minutes walk from the sea. The hotel itself id very beautiful inside. Everything is of a really high quality. Breakfast is splendid. And stuff is very friendly and helpful. Very warm impression about my stay. Also not to forget the SPA...it's amazing.

Going to another building for SPA. Breakfast room was a little crowded, the variety and quality might be better for a 5*. Parking costs 30 Eur and it isn't easy to find a nearby street parking.

Lovely hotel , amazing spa and very comfortable rooms . Great room service and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately didn’t have the time to utilise all the facilities which is a shame as there is a lot to offer.

Most beautiful hotel in Palanga

Incredibly beautiful garden and breakfast area. Wonderful spa area. Best breakfast at hotel ever - coffee, eggs benedikt, smoothies and even kombucha. Child/toddler friendly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Palanga was perfect escape for us - better choice than Klaipeda.

Great Chopin Palanga

Great location, near the park and the beach, very private, a short walk to the pedestrian area with restaurants and attractions good breakfast, very pleasant staff My flight was in the afternoon, and reception allowed me to stay till 2 pm to extend my check out

The only thing, you have to decide at the booking which building to choose from. One has a restaurant, another one has all spa treatments, it’s a very short walk, few minutes

Hotel was in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Spa facilities were nicer and bigger than expected and very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. Staff at breakfast were very attentive. Definitely recommend!

I found it strange for 5* hotel that you cannot regulate room temperature yourself directly from your room, you always have to call the reception to ask them do it from their main terminal at reception. And once you open a window, the temperature goes back to the auto setting which is not the previous temperature you had asked.

the room was not clean properly, they even left trash in the room, for bag in the room (if you take it) they charge 40 euros, it is a little but strange, coz in other 5 stars hotel this is free:) bikes in hotel cost 8 eur per hour.

Restaurant "Vandenis" is really to avoid. Staff is nice but food is far from that. You really need to reconsider your menu and at least ask what degree of doneness client wants for his / her burger meat.

A truly 5-star stay

We stayed there for a 3 nights to relax and celebrate our wedding anniversary - the hotel were extremely kind to bump us to an amazing suite! It truly made our day and made the whole stay better :) The views were stunning from the room - overlooking the sea and pinetrees.

even though there are some major things to keep an eye on and improve, in overall it was very nice stay and I think the

it was very nice, clean rooms and area.

in spa area it was a bit too cold, water temperature as well could have been slightly higher. we ordered food for the specific arrival time in our room. food was late which was ok, i can get 10/15 min variations but when it arrived it was super cold! and menu in the rooms is old so you have a surprise a bit when food arrives and you dont see for example potatoes as in the menu but see veggies…. and last, was that those dishes after we ate were staying next to our door the whole next day… so basically until we got to check out… i did not like it, always overstepping and smell…
