Decent stay in perfect location

It is in great area - near park and see. Perfect location. Breakfast was very good - vast variety of foods, tea selection. The staff were very helpful.

My selected (Single) room was super small, when I put the luggage on floor, there’s no way to get into the bathroom. And the room didn’t had day curtains. It was just above the main building entrance without curtains, kinda inconvenient.

Great location but dated hotel.

Great location

Breakfast too small for number of people eating despite needing to say when coming for breakfast. But is was tasty and staff working hard to keep it topped up. Had to wait until after 16:00 for room to be ready and no acknowledgment of this such as not charging us still for dog that was with us. 2 bedroom apartment was ok. But really small bathroom and toilet. Dated decor. Dangerous wall heaters that were very hot and not protected if you had children with you.

Hotel a bit dated, feels like furnished from junk yard, but rooms are clean.Reception - one lady pleasant, one grumpy, so 50/50. Food edible, restaurant still decorated with Halloween pumpkins and Christmas decorations, even it’s February, only Easter eggs missing. Good location

Do not recommend to waste your money on this place.

The bed was comfortable.

It was dirty, not worth the money. Breakfast was hilarious, limited selection and vegetables seemed to be old... disgusting. No possibility to check out a bit later than usual...Doors seemed to be paper thin, could litterlary hear every single voice and step from the people in corridor. Furniture was old and dirty, could litterly see some liquid dripped down them and dried up. TV was super old.

Location was fine, just out of the center. We warmly welcomed by the receptionist and given clear explanations of the property and what there was to do in Palanaga.

The wifi in our room was very slow as we were at the end of the corridor. In the reception and restaurant it was good. When arriving by car, we had trouble finding the entrance to the car park. It was not indicated.

Perfect location for quiet vacation

Perfect location (near beach, park and center), renovated rooms.

No heater therefore there are no possibilities to dry wet beach suits or towels. Towels were changed only on request. No room cleaning during the stay (3 nights). Car parking cost 10 EUR / day.

The area close to park and beach

Didn’t have breakfast because it was served to late, 9 am. Lousy wifi. No information about how to get into hotels parking. The receptionist smilingly told me that a lot of guests had problems with that, so why **** don’t they put up a sign or something?

Good value for money.

Lovely spacious room, great location, friendly staff.

No choice for vegetarians, only water available from soft drinks, packet of juice 8 euros at reception. Rooms only get cleaned if you ask at reception in advance, what we didn't know.
