Great food, weird SPA working hours

The staff in the restaurant was amazing. All the food was great. The breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean and spacious. SPA area was clean and tidy

The SPA access hours are weird. TV in the room does not have Netflix app on it and can't even acces it whit the browser, because the software is out of date. The underfloor heating in the barhroom was not working well. We had a double bed, but had to use separate comforters, because they were really small

The location was really good. Hotel staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice and taste, in the evening you could have dinner as well which was really nice. My parents were in love with this place and SPA

An outdated hotel without amenities and not worth my money.

Unfortunately, this hotel was disappointing. The only bonus was the location. Everything else was bad. The hotel is outdated - it may have been a 4-star hotel 15-20 years ago. The staff working at the reception spoke very little English.

Currently, the hotel and rooms were noticeably worn out, with visible defects. The room was cold, with no way to turn on the heat, and there were no extra blankets or pillows. There were no slippers either. The rooms weren't the cleanest, and we had to deal with a couple of spiders ourselves. The hotel breakfast was very poor and sparse, and the menus in Lithuanian and English differed, with less choice available in English (I had never eaten such an oily scrambled egg in my life). The hotel spa is only available for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Everyone is crammed in, with no opportunity to relax.

Location. Staff. Clean and renovated room. Superb breakfast.

Sluggish internet. It was dropping connection every 5-10 min even it shows connected all the time. It is probably Ok for occasional browsing but it would be a challenge to do some work that requires steady connection.

Nice getaway in one of the great hotels in Palanga

The location and the facilities were very good. Our little one loved spending time in childrens corner. The apartment with two bedrooms was clean, spacious and comfy. Nice jacuzzi and saunas. Good variety of breakfast choices.

Everything was good. It would be nice to have some complementary drinks in the room free of charge, like water. But they note that tap water is good for drinking so that’s no problem.

Nice stay for family holidays

The room was clean, nice atmosphere, quiet. Very good breakfast. Perfect location, very close to the main street. As we travelled with kid it was very nice that hotel had a playroom. Nice staff.

We had superrior room with additional sofa/bed in glass made niche. It is nice thing, if you just sit there and chill, but not for night sleeping, because others from balcony rooms can see you sleeping there. Offer to think about that, maybe table with chairs move to that place and small sofa leave somewhere in the room, and use also for sleeping. SPA zone for free only in the morning 8-12pm, in the evening it is for additional charge.

An unforgettable weekend in Palanga

1. Location is strategic and close to main sightseeing attractions of Palanga. 2. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. 3. Breakfast was rich with varied dishes and 4. spa facilities are top- notch.

1. Our balcony was not clean. 2. Parking should be free for hotel guests. 3. For family apartment room, it'd have been better to have bath and toielt separate.

breakfast was very generous and tasty; the location is very close to the beach, the city park, and also not far from the main promenade.

that elevator needs urgent fix, I dont know what is wrong with it but is was pretty bad experience every time I rode it. Wellness is tiny and fre of charge only in the mornings which I dont consider a good time for going to sauna - before the breakfast there is very little time, and after them it would make you unwell.
