Highly recomended place for romantic getaway.

Nice girls at check-in; great restaurant, i loved the giant stuffed teddy bears in the lobby (we were there around Valentines). This was our third time here - probably not the last one.

With heart

The most amazing part was for calling and telling me that some things were left in the room. Lately there are too many scam calls and I feel awful for my own attitude at the start of the call from hotel because I thought that it was another scam call. I really feel grateful for staff for making this call and overall experience, especially for birthday fruit gift. Really appreciate this simple, but heartfelt gesture.

We didn't rest

Good location.

The sofa bed for children is designed for one person, so one child had to sleep with their parents, without sleep all night. The rooms require repair, they run over the edges of the shower and bathtub, you have to clean the floors every time after bath, the spa area requires repair, the sauna doors are difficult to close, one light in the sauna does not work, the water in the jacuzzi is cool. The waiters in the restaurant do not come until invited.

Good rooms and swimming pool area, but need a little repairs/renovation. Restaurant is quite expensive, but food is delicious ( Waiter is very professional man). Location of hotel is very good near the beautiful park

The hotel’s location was perfect. Birds chirping near the balcony and a beautiful park close by. Breakfast was excellent. Moreover, the hotel has a skilled massage specialist.

Overpriced Stay with Disappointing Spa Experience

The location was convenient, the breakfast was fairly good, and the room was adequate for a short stay.

Our one-night stay with family was disappointing given the very high price of 244€ per night. The value for money was poor compared to other hotels in the same range. During our visit, there appeared to be a company event taking place, which made the atmosphere crowded and the spa area particularly busy and uncomfortable to use. Unfortunately, my child slipped and hit his head on the wet spa floor, which raises concerns about safety and maintenance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price paid. Unless the rates are significantly lower, I would not recommend this hotel, as there are much better options available.

All in all comfortable stay for a night in Gabija hotel.

The hotel is located in an amazing area, really close to the park and on the other side of that, the sea while within still comfortable walking distance from the city center. The spa is fair: nice hot tub and a pool with two saunas. Breakfast was quality food and really great selection of foods.

Age can be experienced and seen in the hotel room: the bed had a dent on both sides, the floor carpet was not stain-free and the bathroom furnishing was visibly aged and at some places fallen apart already

For such a high price, we didn't get cleanliness, service, or comfort.

The price-quality ratio is very poor.

We reported that the sockets were not working, then we reported that the towel warmer was not working either, no one repaired anything, they promised a discount, but they did not give it after the stay, they just said sorry. Very uncomfortable single bed, we had no sleep, I do not recommend

We stayed here before and came back for a short stay. And once again we loved it, last time we thought the stuff was a little cold hearted but this time they were so sweet and mindful and very friendly. We will come back again for sure!

Nice hotel in a lovely location.

Super nice hotel, the area is amazing! The staff in reception were also very nice and welcoming. The room was super spacious. We were traveling with our two kids, so we got a big bed plus a sofa bed. Both were very comfortable. Also very nice room for a family traveling with a pet. Overall, everything was very clean. The Spa area is quite small but not bad. We had dinner in their restaurant...it was excellent!!

The jacuzzi was very hot, not sure it was 38 degrees. Steamroom was also extremely hot, couldn't use it. The breakfast was ok, but for a hotel of this level, I was expecting something better.

Good value for money, great location, too many babies

The location is amazing - you see Birute's park through your window or big old pine trees in the yard with a lot of singing birds around it. The beach is also really close. The rooms are soundproof and you can't hear any other guests walking in their rooms or in the hall. The breakfast is amazing and has something to offer for every type of eater. The staff is friendly & helpful. Big rooms, big beds, loved the thick curtains that allow to sleep in in the morning.

Breakfast was exceptional but together with it came a lot of small children every morning who would start running around all tables, scream, chant or get impatient with the duration of the breakfast. Just the culture thing here in Lithuania. And babies in Jacuzzi or pool with diapers - a huge turn-off for coming back to the SPA zone. But as I've mentioned this is not the hotel's issue, it is entirely lithuanian parents approach to taking kids everywhere and not considering there are other people around. Expect that to be a thing in every local resort that allows babies and small children. And the hotel perfume/scent in the lobby was way too intense and at the end of the stay gave me allergies.

The location is near the city centre and main pedestrian street. Across the street is a beautiful park with Amber museum. The room was clean, not worn out. Breakfast was really good.

Good location, poor facilities

Hotel is in great location, close to the sea and approx 15min walk to main street that leads you onto the pier

Room we stayed at was really outdated, shower cabin had a clear signs of age and it wasn't cleaned properly. Felt like hotel is making the money from being accessible location to sea but not investing in their rooms nor facilities. Rooms has no iron so you need to take your clothes to staff room to iron which is inconvenient!

Palanga tradition to sqeeze profit not taking much care about customers. 1. Small Mineral water bottles in he room 2.5 euro each (just returned from Hilton in other country - water is gratis in hotels of such standards). 2. Safe box not working but not allowing to open the shelf door. 3. Telephone in bathroom with torn-out wire. 4. Absence of small amenities in barhroom. 5. Pool: entrance ladder is just dangerous! Slippery, shaking and uncomfortable. 6. Towels (both bathhroom and pool) too small.

Good place for your stay

Good location, not far from bus station and close enough to the Baltic see shore, simply decorated clean rooms, not bad breakfast, good restaurant on the first floor. Very kind and responsive staff, who replaced me the other more quite room when I asked because of family with a noisy very small children living next door.

Poor sound isolation between rooms, you can hear all sounds from neighbor rooms.

Great location. Facilities were great. Bed was comfy so we had a great night sleep. Quiet location. Breakfast was delicious and great choice. Loved a swim in the morning. Receptionists were very polite and friendly.

The location was very good . Staff at the reception was really helpful. The hotel has an elevator. It is very convenient for baby buggies or elderly people. We stayed in a family suite, (5 people) were so spacious. The hotel has robes, and you can safely and quickly go to the sauna and swimming pool straight from your room. Amazing.

Sad…

A lot of space in the apartment

No balcony, no possibility to open the window because of the putside glass which is ment for decoration or what? Then no pissibility to switch conditioneer, some 25 degrees set by default. Why floor heating in summer is on in the bathroom? Breakfast is poor, like 20 years ago. The feeling of Soviet times… water in the room is 2,50 eur per small botle ( when you pay 130 eur per night!!!). Finally, you are coming after 3 p. m. and must leave before 12. Parking is also paid! You pay for the whole day, if you arive at 3 p.m., you should have possibility to keep your car until the same time next day, but you are not allowed 😌 I will not come back and would not recommend. Sorry..
