The location was great just a few minutes walk from local shops, pub and restaurants
Possibly because the house has been converted into apartments you can sometimes hear the residents upstairs

The location is simply perfect in a calm neighborhood. The apartment is cosy and has a terrasse.
Really unclean, we had to clean it ourselves in order to feel comfortable. For example was the drawer for the cutlery absolutely disgusting. We mentioned this to the owner but she ignored us and didn't contact us. The apartment is quiet, as long as nobody is in the apartment above. Then one can hear every step they make.
