The working fishing port and pleasure craft are a constant source of interest, and you can watch the working boats setting out for sea from the windows.The property is approached by a single flight of internal steps and is arranged on one level. The fully refurbished living/dining kitchen area occupies the whole of the front of the apartment. The views over the town and river can be enjoyed from the dining table and also from the new window seat in the lounge area. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped and now includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso vertuo coffee machine for the coffee lovers amongst you. There is also a smart TV with a Samsung sound bar and free wifi is provided.The spacious bedroom has a super king-size bed with a luxury tempur mattress and pillows, and the linen is 400 thread count Egyptian cotton so guests can be sure of the most restful and comfortable night's sleep, an essential element of any good holiday! Parking is available in the Millpool car park just a few minutes walk from the apartment and the cost of this will be reimbursed for stays of 7 nights and longer.
