Set within a beautifully converted Edwardian villa, Manor House 4 is an attractive first-floor apartment offering panoramic views over Looe’s harbour, coastline, and countryside. With a small private balcony, modern interiors, and allocated parking, this stylish retreat provides a peaceful yet convenient base for exploring Looe and beyond.The bright and airy open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortably furnished and has French doors which open onto the private balcony, furnished for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the scenery.The lounge area has comfortable leather seating and includes a Samsung Neo QLED 43” Smart TV with access to streaming services (guests can log in with their own accounts), a DAB radio, and free WiFi.The modern kitchen is sleek and fully fitted with light wood cabinetry and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Appliances include a ceramic hob with extractor, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave.The spacious double bedroom includes drawer and hanging space and a wash basin is conveniently positioned within an alcove in the room. The ensuite bathroom features a bath with overhead shower and WC.
