Excellent apartment

The perfect place for views, it was impeccably clean and comfortable.

I loved the layout, the stunning views and the proximity to shops. The pigeon family outside the bedroom window serenaded me awake each morning which was nice, I enjoyed watching them (some, however, may find this annoying). The cleanliness was amazing, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Even though they are dog friendly the place smells lovely, not doggy at all. The sofa and chairs were comfortable as was the bed. I had a great time here and thoroughly recommend it.

The steps! The rental information contained a warning (pre-booking) that this may prove tricky for some, but there are so many! Totally worth it for the view though and I was fitter by the end of the week! No washing machine was a downside, but I was alone so I didn’t need to worry too much about how smelly my clothes were!

Harbour View apartment

Fabulous location overlooking the harbour and just minutes walk from the sea and town centre. Great coastal walks. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A bonus for the lovely gift of Cornish tea and biscuits.

If you have difficulty with steps, maybe not the place for you. Quite a few steep steps to the front door and then a narrow flight up to the apartment.

Our stay was amazingly so comfortable and the apartment was everything and more.

The property was the best we have ever stayed on. It had everything and more. The location and information about the surrounding area was exceptional Communication while we were there from the landlord was amazing. They even had a review nook to read through with really lovely information about the owners which was a lovely personal touch. Would definately stay again and we will be passing the information on about our stay.

A very comfortable, modern and immaculately clean apartment in the centre of Looe.

The location was next to the river and overlooked the Bridge. Very convenient for the local shops, Town centre, harbour and beach. The train station was also near and the bus stop was very near. A good location for the Coast Path and for visiting Polperro, Seaton, Downderry and Liskeard.

A very comfortable stay in a warm apartment in mid November.

Property is in an excellent location for discovering Cornwall’s finest and the local area too. Well furnished and clean with all services to a very good standard, clearly the hosts have given attention to detail in choice of furnishings. Met our expectations as a couple. Car parking good value for 24 hours rate if needed at Millpool car park nearby. Although November and lots of restaurants and cafes closed we had some lovely evening meals in Looe.

The landlord, who is not we presume the apartment owner, needs to maintain the front door and access pathways to a higher standard.Appreciate seagulls are a part of a coastal area but the landlord should clean the pathways so that you are not walking in the seagull poop. Sensor on pathway lights has an issue too.
