Fantastic location, living room furniture a little tired but great value for money

Everything else was good. The location is ideal for exploring Looe. 2 Shops and 2 pubs close by, a matter of 20 yards away. Quiet location at night.

On my arrival on Saturday it was raining heavily, and the whole of the kitchen window sill was soaked. I dried it off, and it happened the next time it rained. There are water marks above window. The small shelf in the bathroom is unusable as it's loose and needs tightening up. You can't put anything on it. Mattress in the main bedroom is uneven and is uncomfortable. The rear yard could do with a clean .

Good location, convenient shop and pub! Very well equipt cottage, good quality throughout.

Stairs were a bit worrying as open plan to one side. Shower room was good, but step coming out was a bit tricky for older people in the group creaky beds in twin room, double great

perfect spot for us for a short weekend, any longer think we would have been on top of each other as 4 adults

This was a perfect little cottage for a young family

The two single beds let the cottage down. They might be ok for children but were very uncomfortable for adults. You could feel the springs in the mattresses and they creaked every time you moved

nothing! it’s perfect for able bodied people. maybe not a property for unstable elderly or disabled people as stairs steep plus trip hazards to shower room and kitchen. that all said, the property was perfect for our family 10-10!

Bathroom downstairs very tight to enter. Stairs very steep.but we are all over 60 so was challenging for us.damp issues in the property with paint peeling of the walls.

Superb

Cute little cottage in great position in West Looe a few metres from the quay local Spar and the delightful Jolly Sailor pub Great little enclosed courtyard if your dog needs to go. The cottage is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and easily big enough for four people

Could do with a few more glasses and cooking utensils if cooking a big meal but not that a big deal.

Schattig huisje

Het is een schattig huisje Alles is er wat je nodig hebt. En…… klein supermarktje waar ze toch alles hebben écht op 10 meter afstand. Ongeveer 25 meter naast de rivier. Met een beetje mazzel is er een minie kleine ferry naar de overkant (sowieso niet bij laagtij en bij hoogtij soms ook niet). Ga op zoek naar het bordje bij de trap.

Parkeren kan lastig zijn.
