Amazing views. Balcony. Well equipped. Good location on quieter side of Looe. Ferry across river and a good local bar very close. Mezzanine bedroom accessed by tight spiral staircase was great fun(though I can imagine less so for some groups if mobility issues or different bedtimes).

Slight damp smell in downstairs but humidifier doing good job. Top bedroom very warm so lighter duvets would be helpful (and mattress protectors were plasticised which made it even hotter). Hooks on bathroom doors needed please.

Everything about the accommodation and the location has been perfect. The hill up to the house hasn't been a problem for me (a female driver) and neither has the parking been an issue. Also, the 26 steps down to the property was no issue either, in fact we have 13 steps going up to our property at home. Also, the walk from the estuary up to the property took me 4 minutes to walk, which we did every morning and night, to walk the dog. My husband has breathing problems but he managed it fine in around 6 minutes, with a brief stop at the top of the hill, before levelling out. The property is home from home and had everything we needed, and more, and the view is fantastic. We would definitely stay at this property again. We used it as a base and drove to different parts of Cornwall every day, even as far as st ives and Newquay. No negatives, only positive.

There was no dryer, had to keep emptying the dehumidifier

Could have been a little cleaner especially in the toilet/bathroom areas which were harbouring a few hairs.
