Cosy apartment in a great location

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and cosy in Cornwall.

Easy to reach by car given some of Looe's other narrow, hilly streets, the property was cosy and warm, and perfectly sized for a long weekend break with my wife and our daughter. It was well equipped (although we took our own towels/toiletries to help reduce our environmental impact and cost to a small business). Tastefully decorated. Good hot shower space in bathroom. Conveniently close to The Jolly Sailor pub across the road, and, although we didn't need it, there's an adjacent Spar minimarket with long opening hours.

Parking. Never managed to get a space outside the property (I did see an empty one once for about 30 seconds, but you might need to double park to unload/load on arrival/departure) so had to pay £16.50 per day to park along the nearby privately owned quayside. The small fire station there did deploy to keep an eye on my vehicle on one occasion (see photos), but you don't go to Cornwall in January if you don't want a 'rugged' experience. ;-)

Cosy, warm, clean and homely. Great location with a wonderful pub, The Jolly Sailor, a very short walk away.

Great little getaway for a few days.

Great location close to ferry for East Looe and we were happy with the rooms and facilities provided.

Starting to get a bit chilly in late September in the evening and WiFi controlled heating appeared to do its own thing, but not too much bother since we were mostly out.

The best little cottage to stay in looe . So clean and tidy everything you need home from home . Perfect location next to oldest pub in looe . 5 mins walk to east looe this little fishing village has everything you want . Definitely be staying agin .

Sharply-run smart property very conveniently situated

Owner Matt took a personal interest that all was in order. The place was immaculately clean and there were generous towels and utensils with thoughtful decor. The location next to one of the best pubs and a convenience store was ideal.

Not the fault of the property but parking in the immediate vicinity was all but impossible, with Laurel and Hardy attempts to position vehicles. We used the main car park which was some distance but always had spaces.

Lovely flat in a a lovely town

Lovely flatlet and the cleaning supplies were welcome.. Excellent pub just across the way. Central too.

Key safe quite hard to access. The parking was described as outside, which was true but until I spoke to Matt I thought there was a designated space. Actually it is on street and something of a lottery. Not the apartment, but if you want to eat in Looe, I'd book before you come! Only the Indian could fit us in and honestly, that was just about average.

Very nice stay in Looe

Ferry across river was great, avoiding walking back up to bridge but watch tides as ferry off at low tide. Only mention this as wife waiting on knee replacement and shorter the walk the better. Normally this would not have been an issue . Jolly sailor pub and Looe social club seconds away and enjoyed both . Managed a game of bowls at Looe bowling club 15 minutes walk away.Very enjoyable stay

A lovely little apartment with a great location in town

A lovely apartment with a great location in town, it was ideal for me. I didn't expect to be able to use the free parking outside but I did manage to get a space there one day (but watch out for the locals who happily double park for hours, blocking you in!), and the host told me about more free parking 10 minutes walk away, which I also used

Only very minor complaint is that there were no oven gloves.

A superb, quiet location, perfectly positioned for the harbour view, local pub, convenience store and cafe all within a few metres away from the accommodation. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It has recently been renovated and with great style. We felt very comfortable. It was so convenient for local shop, breakfast cafe and gorgeous harbour views. We loved our stay, no hills to climb, perfect location. Communication with the owner was perfect and that always helps. Thank you.

The location was amazing right in the middle of Looe and right opposite the oldest pub in the uk. It’s just a short walk to the beach and all the shops. A real magical place and the team were helpful and quick when we couldn’t put up the travel cot.

Unfortunately due to the single glazing (assuming because the building is old) the birds woke us up every night from 1.30am. It was very loud. It was also difficult having an en-suite as the only bathroom as if the baby was asleep we ran the risk of waking her up. Due to being tired we left a day early

Location was perfect for Looe. I would not try to park at the property for £28 you can leave your car in the main car park for the week. Property was in excellent condition and very modern with everything you need.

The quirky style and perfect decoration. It was a perfect apartment for 4 nights. It's a stones throw away from the harbour but on the best side as it's more residential and quiet. Easy walk to the harbour and fishmongers. Thankyou

All perfect. The parking was challenging, but I'm happy to pay on the harbour overnight.. No air conditioning as advertised, which was a shame.
