The apartment was wonderfully located and so clean and tidy and well decorated. The communication with Matt prior to the visit was excellent and really helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay again

Parking was tricky but we were persistent and got a free spot most days. The soundproofing between the 2 apartments is not great and we could hear every footstep upstairs

This was a last minute booking at the start of August and we were surprised but pleased that this was available for a 3 night stay. I was a little worried that with 3 older teenagers the apartment might feel a little small for 5. However that was not the case at all. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious with plenty of room for clothes and toiletries. The bunk bed room was suitable for my 17 year old and the sofa bed was comfy too. The lounge and kitchen area were beautifully furnished with thoughtful details and everything we needed. Fans in the lounge and bedroom were appreciated during the heatwave. It was very convenient having a shop and a pub so near. The food and service at The Jolly Sailor was good. When we arrived there were no parking spaces but enough room to pull over and unload our bags. We knew that there was supposed to be filming for Beyond Paradise that week in Looe so while my husband looked for a parking space the rest of us popped down to the harbour and were lucky enough to spot some of the actors going in and out of the sardine factory! Big fans of the show, that started our holiday off well! After a few loops looking for a parking space 2 became available right outside the property so happy husband too. We noticed during the 3 days that the cars outside changed often so don't give up straight away if there is no spot! A very lovely apartment in a beautiful location 2 minutes from the harbour. Matt the owner phoned the day before our stay with information and instructions, a welcome personal touch. Highly recommend a stay here.

We were extremely happy with Cottage, the layout suited our family even with teenagers the bunks were comfortable for them. The Cottage offered all the comforts needed to stay in and cook, also perfectly located to venture into the town centre to explore the sites and eats. The Cottage is located in a quiet lane the only disturbance was the seagulls giving you an early wake up call.

If there was a downside it would be the parking, for some people having to pay additional costs to park their car maybe be a negative. We were there for 4 nights and only found 1 night free parking. If you're lucky enough to find a free park and do not want to use your car daily then it's fine.

Location - easy access to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Decor - well decorated and furnished inside.

Parking near the property is very limited. We parked near the property once - all other times were about 10-15 mins walk away for free spaces or approx £15 for 24 hours in a car park/bay a short walk away. Apartment 1 is probably a little cramped for two adults and a child - more suited to a couple.
