when we arrived the towels were not the cleanest so we washed and dry them.

Parking space a bonus
No hot water for 48 hours
Cottage is old and very very cold Took a long time for the cottage to heat up as was clear there hasn’t been anyone staying in there for a while
No doors on 2 bedrooms so no privacy
Sykes cottages have not even offered an apology

Fantastic location very close to all amenities.
Very clean and comfortable. Amazing big kitchen which had everything you needed.
En-suite bathroom. Very difficult for a family of four to all shower as it was very small. Would be great if the downstairs bathroom had a shower instead of a bath, as that bathroom is very large.
The patio area was dirty and we were unable to sit out as the birds throw the dirt out of the gutters. I did clean the table but within a few hours it was covered again.

Location is exceptional. With the great weather during our stay, a 1 minute walk to the beach was ideal. Having a designated parking space at the seafront is another huge bonus.
There was no down side to the property for us during our stay!
