Beautiful, peaceful, sunny stay at this airbnb, it was really a trip we wont forget.

We loved how beautiful the veiws were from the terrace section, the whole house was so well decorated and felt really clean and fresh. The location was perfect too, so close to town. Although I would say only for those who are fit enough to climb up and down a hill, beautiful hill but it was a little steep and I imagine some would struggle. The biscuits were a lovely touch and dog treats/ ball left for our doggy. Absolutely gorgeous location for anyone wanting to explore Looe, so many lovely walks to do with or without a dog. We went on an amazing boat trip with Looe Sea Safari, got to see some amazing sights, including dolphins!! Very good communication with the Air BnB host, I actually wouldnt mind owning a property like that myself one day. Thankyou for all the memories!

Honestly this is being extremely picky as there was not anything at all to be dissapointed about, the only thing I noticed was the blankets provided for the dogs were extremely smelly, I know they are dog blankets but they might need a freshen up. Our dog did not use one in the end anyway as we bought his big bed and he slept in that but wanted to mention it just incase someone has missed a washing day!

Wonderful property.

House was clean and beautifully cared for. Waiting for us was a goodie bag for our dog, cakes and a bottle of prosecco. Everything you would need was there. We had a wonderful.stay and will be booking again. Only down fall was the hill. OML I now have super muscles in my legs.

Fantastic property and lovely to stay in even if you don't have dogs!

Fantastic hosts. Great location, 5 minute walk downhill to Looe. Good designated parking space directly across the street from the gate. Beautiful property, very nicely decorated and lots of quirky touches everywhere! Loved it! The heating was even on for our arrival. The hosts sent an email before our arrival, showing all the best dog-friendly beaches and alternative dog walks nearby, along with maps and images. Lots of blankets for the dogs so they could sit on the furniture and even some dog toys in the house which ours loved. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had excellent facilities. Extremely dog friendly! Even had a designated dog shower! The host left pastries for us on arrival, and a bag with a dog toy and treats for our dogs and there was a really lovely and useful touch of dog tags to attach to the collar for your stay, saying where the dog was staying and a phone number in case the dog got lost, which we felt was a fantastic idea. (Dog tags to be left there when leaving.) Couldn't recommend it enough!

There is nothing we didn't like. My only advice would be that although the garden was fenced and the dogs were welcome to use it, having small to medium-sized dogs, we weren't 100% sure that they couldn't have squeezed through a few gaps around the garden, so we always made sure to take them out on leads. Also worth noting that, like all the properties in the area, they are on hills with numerous steps leading up to the property and a bit of a sloping, steep garden on different levels. This is the same with all the houses so anybody with walking difficulties might struggle.

Detached cottage, quiet location in pretty surroundings. Lovely inside, catered well for dogs. Great bath tub and outside area.

Seats in the living room matched the decor and style of the cottage but not that comfortable to sit for any period of time to relax on.

Exceptional Experience

Positives: * Beautiful sea views and stylish nautical décor throughout. * Thoughtful dog-friendly touches (goody bag, shower room, dog toys). * Spotlessly clean and felt like a true home from home. * Well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining/living areas. * Lovely outdoor seating areas and garden with apple trees and blackberries. * Easy self check-in with keycode access. * Designated parking space opposite the house. * Great location for exploring East and West Looe, beaches, and day trips.

Negatives: * Steep hill to reach the property – tricky for those with mobility issues. * Would have liked bigger bath towels * Garden isn’t fully secure for adventurous dogs. * Radiators were on during hot weather and were tricky to turn off. * Upper decking area has uneven ground, not ideal for less mobile guests.

Lovely dog friendly cottage

I loved everything about this property. The host was lovely, it was in a fantastic location and the cottage was beautiful and cozy. Our dog had a great time too! He was given a lovely gift bag with a toy (which has become his new favourite.) We were so sad to leave.

Good location but the garden and furniture needs work, fencing needs attention, furniture uncomfortable

The location of the property was good, close to everything we didn’t use the car all week

The living room furniture was so uncomfortable and chairs really small, very uncomfortable, the garden was very overgrown and a mess, garden furniture dirty, we struggled to get past all the overgrown bushes on the path, no lighting coming up the pathways and down the steps from the garden, broken fencing, wasn’t suitable for our dog, the garden really needs work doing to it. The bed we found was very uncomfortable didn’t sleep all week.

Great location good views

Pore property info pack I.E no emergency phone numbers, dentist, hospital, vets etc. No emergency contact for property owner, had to trawl the internet! Alexa does not work that well, tv problematic now tv a bit of a pain, sitting room furniture uncomfortable, towel rail in shower room didn't work, poor quality towels need to use a conditioner, kitchen tap loose. Garden had great views but due to lack of garden maintenance and untidiness did not feel comfortable sitting out there. The garden furniture is tired and needed cleaning. Over all property could do with a deep clean and a good cut back and tidy up in the garden.

The design, warm and cosy, is very dog orientated. Special touch with the arrival gifts of muffins and treats for the dog. The shower was amazing. I also loved the dog shower space. Would definitely recommend it and would love to return. This cottage had everything we needed!

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable, and the garden could be made a bit more secure for the more inquisitive dog.

The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. The decor is just perfect and it is well kitted out. It has a gorgeous view of the sea and is a short walk to the tiny village of Looe. The host left a cream tea for us and a gift for our dog which was truly appreciated.

The views. The dog friendly facilities. The welcome presents for the dogs and cakes and cream tea for us. A very comfortable cottage for a relaxing holiday with our three dogs. Looe is a great place to stay.

unfortunately we did not find the cottage warm enough, the seating in the lounge was very uncomfortable and we did not find the beds very comfortable. There was a short supply of towels given and when more were requested there was no response.

It was clean and well equipped, felt like a home rather than a holiday let .Good position for looe shops and restaurants. Comfortable for dog , and I appreciated the doggy touches . Owner helpful.

The back garden was unkempt overgrown and unappealing to sit in . However the front deck with views down to the sea was lovely.

It was quirky, so geared up to dogs. Very well equipped. Lovely views. Easy parking. Very comfy bed. Excellent shower and bathroom. Plenty of storage for clothes. Rosie Red our cockapoo puppy found the toys and loved them, Minnie the Minx our Springer Spaniel enjoyed the dog treats.

Great location, good to have a car parking space. Would return to Looe. Great house, rather quirky which we liked. Most dog friendly accommodation we have stayed in. WE didn't need to use the doggy shower as the weather was dry. Cream tea when we arrived was such a treat.

The only slight criticism of the house was the lounge seating. Looked lovely but not great for relaxing on.

Amazing stay.

The house was amazing, beautiful views, very well kept and clean. It had everything you could need in it. The lady who owns it is lovely and made us feel very welcome as well as our dog.

The only thing we could fault was a lack of comfortable chairs and sofa. There was no where to really get comfy.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The facilities and little extra touches made it all the more special and It was sparkling clean too. We will definitely be returning - hopefully when the weather is a little better so we can enjoy the outside space 😁
