Fabulous location. Great communication from host. Lovely spacious 2 bed flat, which was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated.
We were warned beforehand re the outside hallway being in the process of being renovated, but it still was a bit of a shock when we first opened the door. All was so different inside the actual flat, it was lovely, but it is still an off-putting first impression!

The property location is perfect as it’s so close to all shops, restaurants and pubs in Looe, with a great view from the front of the property overlooking the estuary. The car park opposite is a bonus, although rather pricey. The property is comfortable and well equipped, with enough space for 3 adults
I had to vacuum in all rooms on arrival, as we found crumbs on the kitchen floor and long dark hairs in all rooms and the underside of the toilet seat in the main bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was a slight musty smell in the back bedroom and en suite and both bathrooms would benefit from being updated, or at least replacing the black silicone in the shower cubicle and the rusty radiator. The main entrance hall really needs tidying up and a mirror in the back bedroom would be useful. Secondary glazing would help keep the noise level down, especially in the rooms to the front of the property and the window frames need a deep clean or a coat of paint. Despite all the negatives, we still had an enjoyable week’s stay at the property, but feel it’s currently overpriced compared to other properties we’ve previously stayed in

Very well equipped and located apartment 2 mins from town centre. Ideal for self catering.
Expensive car parking. Entrance to flats grubby and stairs to actual flat very narrow and difficult to negotiate unsuitable for aged or infirm. Front bedroom very noisy at night up to 2 or three in morning. Noise and faeces from seagulls constant.
