A comfortable week’s stay in a great location

The property location is perfect as it’s so close to all shops, restaurants and pubs in Looe, with a great view from the front of the property overlooking the estuary. The car park opposite is a bonus, although rather pricey. The property is comfortable and well equipped, with enough space for 3 adults

I had to vacuum in all rooms on arrival, as we found crumbs on the kitchen floor and long dark hairs in all rooms and the underside of the toilet seat in the main bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was a slight musty smell in the back bedroom and en suite and both bathrooms would benefit from being updated, or at least replacing the black silicone in the shower cubicle and the rusty radiator. The main entrance hall really needs tidying up and a mirror in the back bedroom would be useful. Secondary glazing would help keep the noise level down, especially in the rooms to the front of the property and the window frames need a deep clean or a coat of paint. Despite all the negatives, we still had an enjoyable week’s stay at the property, but feel it’s currently overpriced compared to other properties we’ve previously stayed in

Excellent facilities. Percfect location. Just needs the beds sorted.

Location was excellent. The flat was very well kitted out with everything you needed.

Bed mattress in the main room was way too soft and we couldn’t sleep on it at all. It needs to be changed. Windows could do with double/triple glazing to reduce the street noise which was considerable.

Holiday Apaoprtment in Looe

Very well equipped and located apartment 2 mins from town centre. Ideal for self catering.

Expensive car parking. Entrance to flats grubby and stairs to actual flat very narrow and difficult to negotiate unsuitable for aged or infirm. Front bedroom very noisy at night up to 2 or three in morning. Noise and faeces from seagulls constant.

Best place to stay in Looe!

The property was as central as you could get, with really lovely views of Looe Harbour. I thought the layout of the flat itself was great. There was an en suite toilet and shower room in the second bedroom which was a really great feature, as well as the main bathroom. Very handy when you have two teenagers!

Disappointing

The flat was newly furnished and had WiFi and tv

The building,front door,stairwell ,filthy windows,one shower hose needed replacing as it was broken. Given wrong door code on arrival. Car parking was expensive and we were a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Enjoyed everything about our stay

Must be one of the best locations in Looe. There was A small issue on the morning of our check in but with one phone call to a real person sorted it out (thanks Lisa)

Spacious, centrally located apartment but could fo with a facelift.

It was in a great central location. It was nice and warm, with comfortable couches and beds. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped. Front rooms were lovely and bright. Good communication from staff.

The entrance unfortunately really lets the property down as first impressions are not good. Doors leading into the building and the apartment aren’t good and didn’t feel entirely secure. There was a bit of a musty smell in the apartment, especially in the back rooms and hall. Bathrooms are quite old fashioned. The apartment could do with a mirror near a plug socket to dry hair.

the location was great and there’s parking across the road. two bathrooms were a bonus the property was nice and warm

there were a couple of things not cleaned and when we arrived the washing machine was broken. this was fixed within a couple of hours 😀
