Exceptional easily the best views we have had in a holiday home to watch the sunrise and sunset is something special

Everything the views are stunning the property is spacious and really well maintained everything you could ask for Fantastic property definitely going to stay here again

Nothing The slope is a little steep but after a couple of days you soon get used to it but after saying that the views what welcome you more than compensate for the the slope up to the property

Fantastic house with great facilities and amazing views!!

Elmbank has the most beautiful view over the river and town. Waking in the morning to the view and watching g the sun set in the evening were special! The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything you could possibly want (plus lots of extra touches; beach trolley, games, Netflix, balcony, outdoor area with views, BBQ & lots more). Beds REALLY comfy!! :)

The hill up to the cottage is a bit of a killer… but as I said to family, that’s how we get the views!!! Maybe not good for those with mobility issues.
