Home from home in the heart of Looe.

Beautiful property with lots of space and home comforts right in the heart of East Looe. Comfy bed, use of a travel cot and pretty views over the harbour. Delicious pasties and the smell of baking in the morning was an added bonus as well as a complimentary cream tea.

Although there is a space to pull in your car for loading and unloading, the streets are quite narrow and can be a little tricky if it’s a busy day, there is traffic or if the coffee shop below is open and has their tables/chairs out. Local car parks only a 10 minute walk though and reasonably priced for 24 hours. Would recommend a fan as the top bedroom got very warm on the sunny days.

Lovely, and surprisingly spacious accommodation in the very centre of Looe. Well fitted, with all you need, and everything is great quality. Brilliant, friendly service from the hosts. Cream teas were an unexpected bonus!

I laughed when I read reviews about the seagull noise but the windows in the top room are not snugly fitted and there is a nest outside. It’s fine, as long as whoever is sleeping there is a sound sleeper! Some of our party were fine up there, some struggled. Otherwise, it’s a lovely room, though, with a fantastic huge double bed!

Lovely luxury stay in central Looe.

Beautifully furnished very comfortable house with lots of charm in central location to lot of restaurants, beach and fishing port. Layout and facilities were perfect for 4 of us, there was lots of space throughout. Great kitchen for cooking and eating in with large dining table. View from top room over sea, watching fishing boats coming in, really lovely. The enclosed porch for coats and shoes very practical. Being on the first floor was great as no one is peering in through the windows when the town centre is full of tourists, literally above the crowds. Smell of pasties baking in the morning…mmmmmm…….A complimentary cream tea from the owners pasty shop below was just as excellent as the pasties we tried (daily). Thank you !! Will be back.

Not really a bad point as this location IS right in the middle of Looe, so parking will be offsite. We used Millpool car park over the bridge which is much cheaper than the closer port side carpark. Instructions are clear for one way system from the owner for drop off and pick up outside. Also, being next to bars and restaurants some loud noises and music is to be expected until the venue closes, this was about midnight on Saturday night during our stay which we were fine with.
