We didn’t like anything about this property.

The location was horrible, it was near impossible to find. It was hot and not clean at all. The so called air conditioner was 1 small unit that you had to stand right next to in order to feel any air.

Comfortable Property in a great location

Really good location just 5-10 mins walk down to the port.Nice view over the port area. Comfortable lounge dining area. A good size for 1-4 people. Kitchen was reasonably equipped, included a washing machine (though we didn’t need to use it). Amazingly quiet at night even though it overlooked busy port area. Could be amazing.

Unfortunately the shower didn’t function properly throughout our stay so it couldn’t be used.Drainage was very poor so shower tray filled up very quickly and stayed full of water. Couldn’t use it as worried about flooding /leaks. Reported matter straightaway and sent photos to owner/agent and was told they were already aware that there was a problem but hadn’t been able to get a plumber. Was promised a plumber had been called but no one came to fix it during work our 4 day stay. Would have liked to have been warned about this as it spoilt an otherwise lovely stay. Think it is reasonable to expect that a self catering accommodation would have basic facility like a shower functioning. Kitchen was fair. Though there were no cleaning materials, dish cloths nor tea towels/kitchen towel to hand wash or clean work surfaces. Had to go to local store to buy these. Cleaner arrived last day as we left. Coffee machine was a nice touch but only supplied with 4 capsules for a 3 night stay for 4 people. Couldn’t find capsules in local stores for the model. Property has great potential but just needs better maintenance to make it a truly great experience.

Amazing Portofino apartment - highly recommend

The location is absolutely perfect - the view from the window is just wonderful and there are back stairs down to the harbour that make it even faster into town than it looks on the map. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully appointed. From a price point perspective it is good for what you get and amazing from a Portofino angle (the town itself is very very expensive)

The worst experience.. book elsewhere.

Location and view .. linen was clean .. apartment size moderate .. manager and service . Blocked plumbing . Shower drainage blocked , washing machine needed servicing and clothes stuck , no crockery or utensils in kitchen

Everything . Buy yourself a print of the view and stay elsewhere . Blocked shower pipes , washing machine control board broken , mold on tiles ..

Excellent location with a view.

The room was dirty and very tired looking. The bin in one of the bathrooms was not emptied, the fabric on some of the furniture was stained, light bulbs in lamps were not working. The water in the shower would overfill and take a long time to drain.

Host response time was lacking, messaged via booking.com app a few times with no response. Finally reached out via WhatsApp and received a resume response that I had woken them up.. was close to cancelling

We had a lovely time irrespective of some inconveniences.

It had the most wonderful view and great location.The double bed was confortable and it was cleaned.

There was no hot water. The stairs were very steep and quite dark and hard to move luggage up and down.

The view and closeness of everything. The back door led to the street which took you to the beach. The front door took you to the marina and village.

That the pictures online are not what the property looks like on the inside at all. Different furniture and setup. That there was not an instruction manual that went over how to use the appliances and where to leave the keys upon departure, etc. Trash from the previous guests was not emptied and barely any toiletries.

Stay in St Margarita more value for money

Location location location is Perfect

Had to walk up about 30 narrow stone steps, with no light which made it pitch black, someone else's clothes was not cleaned up from last person, some under bed and down side of peach sofa, lights not working in the shower room, says it has AC when we get there it's a little unit that can not even keep the living room cool, would say to dear for what you get there, was told we needed to pay tax and needed our passports, sent many messages asking several things no reply, when asking what time we need to leave very quick on a reply, we stayed there till he turned up at 11.10am only to be pushed out the flat and had other people ready to stay again, we left the money for the tax and sent pic over, very rude man, never again

The ‘second room’ is not really a room, it has no doors and no proper beds. The washing machine didnt work, we didnt have internet the first day or towels, pillows, bedsheets. This was sorted the second day. The main bed was ok but the headboard is broken. There is not a good caffetier, the aircon is a portable one that is not really enough for the flat. They didnt have a wine opener, there is not freezer. There wanst a lighter to start the oven…

De tudo !! O apartamento é perfeito ; limpo , bonito e muito bem cuidado . A localização é maravilhosa tendo uma das vistas mais lindas do mundo no meu entender. Ao abrir a janela e ver aquela paisagem, senti como se estivesse vendo um quadro de tanta beleza. É exatamente como está nas fotos . Simplesmente fantástico!! Portofino é belíssimo e Matteo é um anfitrião de primeira qualidade ! Gentil , atencioso e resolveu todas as minhas dificuldades imediatamente. Amei ! Com certeza recomendarei a todos os meus amigos este apartamento. E se voltar ficarei lá novamente.

Pozitionarea excelenta

Comunicarea cu responsabilul. Am avut adresa de la Dl.Matteo pe wpp(diferita fata de adresa din booking) cu niste poze insa a fost destul de greu de gasit locatia, l am sunat de aproximativ 3 ori explicand ca imi este greu de identificat, intr un final a venit sa ne arate exact pe unde avem accesul in locatie insa, desi erau orele 14:45 nu ne a permis sa intram in apartament pana la orele 15. Este adevarat ca ne a permis sa lasam bagajele in interior dar efectiv usa ne a fost inchisa si incuiata de catre dna de la cleaning . Destul de dezamagitor felul de a comunica(era sufocant afara) si ne au lasat 15 minute in fata apartamentului….ma intreb oare atat de greu era sa ne lase sa intram la racoare??? Presupun ca a foat destul de deranjant ca nu am inteles de prima data cum sa ajungem la intrarea in apartament si,poate de faptul ca a trebuit sa vina sa ne arate exact intrarea .Oare a dorit sa ne “pedepseasca” 15 min in acea caldura ametitoare…..pacat locatia este excelenta!!!cu siguranta aveau nota maxima daca exista o comunicare decenta .
