Disgusting… view not worth it… would like a refund

Disappointing. No hot water and an unresponsive host.

The location was great and the apartment was a good size.

There was no hot water when we arrived and the shower head wouldn't stay in the shower head holder making it impossible even to have a cold shower as I had a broken arm. The water was later heated up but by then it was too late as we'd already gone to dinner. We only stayed for one night so I could only shower in the morning before leaving. I was told it was commonplace in Portofino for hot water to run out but for $450 a night I would expect better. I asked for a partial refund but the host didn't respond to my two messages. Disappointing.

It is entire apartment, no breakfast, with a great view on the square and the port. With open windows you can listen the

The apartment has no heating system. It is very cold. 2 portable electrical heaters are provided but they can heat only the immediate surroundings, not the entire place. The only 2 windows are in the living room, both master bedroom as well as the bathroom are without windows, dark rooms, they may give you a bit of a claustrophobic sensation. The kitchen is missing some items like towels, and one of the cooking steel support is also missing. The air conditioning split might have helped, if provided with hearing pump, but we were not able to start it.
