A wonderful stay in Portofino. The view was the best !

The location was amazing. The apartment was spotless and the beautiful view.

Ants in bathroom, broken tile in hallway, no comforter on bed didn’t find until night two and it wasn’t very nice - bedding needs to be improved - also couch was very dirty

The views are amazing and the town is so quaint and perfect at night once all The tourists leave for the day!

Getting to the property wasn’t easy. It says it’s a few steps away from bus drop off but it’s a good 10 min walk. Take small luggage and you will be okay. The stairs to the apt are very steep

Amazing Apartment in Portofino

Location was truly amazing. Stepped of the ferry's and 3 min walk to apartment. Apartment is hugh great kitchen. Up 15 stairs to the apartment 1st floor big windows overlooking the Port with all the boats. Restaurants all around you. You wont be disappointed if you pick this place.

Good value , the view and location outweighed the negative things .

Location and the view was amazing , lots of room too , good size fridge and freezer

Stairs are tough with luggage , the kitchen wasn't equipped well , having to remove your own rubbish , and the bins were far away was odd and also an inconvenience. Very noisy up until 10pm with a restaurant underneath accommodation, we also had a problem with ants.

Beautiful stay! Perfect view.. spacious apartment on the water.

The views were outstanding. Location was good. Apartment very clean. Staff reply quick & assist when required. Easy access to bus that takes you into Santa Margherita. Lots of food choice & coffee places. Also a shop if you need extras. Loved our stay! Would definitely return. 😄

A escada é íngrime e os degraus são muito estreitos. Um perigo na hora de subir e descer as malas. Também é um pouco longe do estacionamento público. Então deve ser pensado que o hóspede irá empurrar as malas no meio da cidade até a chegada no apt

La limpieza dejó que desear: encontré un calcetín ajeno en la lavadora y la tira sanitaria del inodoro estaba rota, lo que genera dudas sobre su desinfección. Además, no había jabón ni esponja para los trastes, algo básico que se espera en un alojamiento. Sería útil que informaran desde el inicio dónde se debe tirar la basura, en lugar de mencionarlo al final

Из хорошего - только расположение, все остальное просто ужас.

Квартира действительно находится прямо у Марина Портофино, но всё остальное — разочарование. За €420 в сутки ожидаешь хотя бы базовый комфорт, но этого не было. Что стоит знать заранее: – Парковка не входит в стоимость, она дорогая (около 40€ в сутки) и без гарантии наличия мест. – С парковки до квартиры нужно нести чемоданы вручную: по брусчатке нельзя везти, а сервиса помощи нет. – Подъём — по очень крутой лестнице, с багажом крайне неудобно. Если у вас чемоданы по 20-25 кг. - это еще и опасно. – Внутри нет шумоизоляции: слышен весь уличный шум. – Мусор нужно выносить самостоятельно, уборки нет. – Квартира темная, освещение слабое, по сути — одно окно на Марину, все остальные окна смотрят в стену. – Оснащение минимальное: дешевая техника, нет даже бумажных салфеток, один пакет чая на двоих — на два дня. Самое главное: нет смысла переплачивать за проживание прямо в Портофино. В соседних городках — Санта-Маргерита, Рапалло — можно снять 4–5 отель с полным сервисом за те же €400–500 в сутки*. До Портофино — всего 15 минут и €40–50 на такси. Вывод: за эту цену — неоправданно дорого и неудобно. Не рекомендую к аренде.

Eine gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Portofino.

Die grosszügige Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und befindet sich an bester Lage in Portofino. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich dort sofort sehr wohl.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, entsprechend mühsam ist der Zugang mit Gepäck. Die Wohnungstür sollte besser schallisoliert werden, da die Gäste im darunter liegenden Restaurant ziemlich laut sind (bis Mitternacht oder 1 Uhr früh). Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass bei der Anreise mit dem Auto unbedingt ein Parkplatz reserviert werden muss, ansonsten man Gefahr läuft, dass man mit dem Auto nicht nach Portofino reisen kann. Bei einem Grossandrang von Touristen wird die Zufahrt regelmässig schon ein paar Kilometer vor Portofino durch die örtliche Verkehrspolizei gesperrt.
