We have been in the Liguria region a few times before but this was the best stay we had. Matteo is helpful. The house is big, comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious, terrace is lovely and the view is amazing. You are in the heart of crowded Portofino in the high season yet again you can sleep quietly. And the most important thing is that you have a FREE parking which is a miracle in Portofino. About the location, you can check the photos of the view from your window.
I think the biggest drawback of the place is the stairs. If you are planning to stay in this house get ready to climb up very narrow and high stairs.(also with all the luggage) So if you have elderly guests with you or any health issues with your feet or back you should be careful before booking this place.

Beautiful, unique and spatial apartment right by the Portofino marina port. The terrace adds a lovely atmosphere! Free parking is a huge plus. Directions on how to arrive at the property were super clear

Everything was perfect.
The stairs were a major downside of our stay. Climbing up to the third floor with luggage was very difficult and inconvenient. The stairwell was hot and stuffy, making the climb even more uncomfortable. The stairs are very steep and narrow, and they feel unsafe. If you lose your balance even slightly, you could easily fall and suffer a serious injury. This is something future guests, especially those with luggage, children, or mobility issues, should be aware of.

The location was amazing! Definitely would recommend that.
The place was just starting to get cleaned at our arrival time, so we were very frustrated with that and no communication to let us know they were running behind. We had been traveling all day and we wanted to get into the place but had to walk around for a couple hours waiting for it to get cleaned. Then we finally get into the place 2 hours later, and we have no bath towels to use to take showers. We didn't get towels until hours later. Very frustrating after traveling for a day and a half.
