Purtroppo sono dovuta stare molto addosso all’host perché fino all’ultimo non ci aveva mandato le indicazioni per eseguire il check in in autonomia.

Amazing location!

After we had booked and paid in full I get an email advising the council has made everyone disconnect the split systems so the split system in the photos is misleading. Instead they supply a basic portable aircon that only cools about 2m in front of you and definitely does not cool the whole place. The roll out bed was old and curved which was very uncomfortable for my son. The ad states free WIFI, as does the confirmation email. But when you get to the apartment and enter the passport under the white modem (as per the instructions) and it doesn’t work. I emailed the host and didn’t hear back except for some ridiculous automated message about checking out. But what made me the most annoyed was that when I went through previous reviews I realised that guests had written the same feedback regarding the WIFI going back 9 months. Super disappointing!
