Very rude & irresponsible owner with false claims on free wifi. We were told to leave if unhappy.

1) WIFI was not available as it was shown as "An error occurred" when password was input. When we asked the owner for an update after waiting for a few minutes after our feedback, we were told that there is nothing he can do to fix it. He told us to leave the apartment if we are unhappy. These messages were recorded on Booking.com chat. We suspect that WIFI service is not subscribed in the first place as I read on reviews that it happened to other travelers too. 2) You need to climb more than 50 narrow and high stairs/steps to get from ground floor to the apartment. This is not ideal with luggage at all. 3) The dirty & wet mop was placed next to the washing machine in an enclosed area. When opened, it emanates a strong stench that can be smelled in the kitchen next to it as well as the corridor leading to the single bedroom. 4) The cups provided come with dark stains.

Horror

The location is perfect.

1. Full of dust even on the table so was probably not cleaned recently and you pay 60 euro/cleaning. 2. There were stains on the bed and beds were disintegrating. 3. The doors from the kitchen and small room were doing so much noise that i think even the Dior employees from ground floor were hearing us when we opened them. 4. Electricity was issue because we could not charge even the phones as just 2 plugins were working . Except the fact that we are tourists from Belgium and we dont have adapter for your italian sockets. Lights in the living room were not working. 5. Also when you go down the stairs you dont have button for the stairs lighrlt between 1st floor and gound floor. 6. Stairs are horror. 7. Heating was not properly working. Was too cold. I dont even understand how Booking allows such places to enroll to their website.

The Host is very bad and unethical person, they even accussed me of stealing the parking pass.

I liked the location, It was very central.

Their was no wifi, their were no 2 bedroom but just one single bedroom but advertised as 2 which is unfortunate as i booked this place for 3 people not 2. I had alot of inconveience and had to sleep just on mattress. You also need to walk on the top floor so if you have alot of luggage or very old then be careful. I travel around the world and many times situation like this arise but at the end it so much depend on the behaviour of the other person in dealing the situation. In my case the host is very unethical and rude person. They never picked the phone when called, replied my message like 12 hrs after, didn't accepted any requested and started harrasing me when i checked out at 10:15 AM instead of 10 AM which is also quite odd time as generally upto 11 AM should be acceptable. It was last minute booking for us and realizing now why it was still available till last minute during the hot season of August. I hope my honest reviews are helpful for someone in future.

Steer clear of this host and apartment

Location

The host was unhelpful, disinterested and rude, from the moment we booked. The property was supposed to come with free parking but he was unable to tell us the height restrictions in advance and suggested we just turn up (it’s 2.0 meters which is clearly displayed on the front of the parking lot and should be easy enough for anyone local to know - in case anyone else is looking). From there he ignored my messages to help advise on alternative parking, refused to communicate with me on the phone, ignored our messages about the being no functional wifi in the house and was aggressive and rude about our request for help to leave bags early due to the extreme rain and having no available parking. In addition the state of the property was terrible. The sink leaks all over the floor, the stairs are hazardous and have no safe bannister, no wifi, barely any kitchenware, beds that collapse in the night and a bedroom that’s barely useable it’s so small! Steer clear of this one (and shame on booking.com for allowing this host to continue using the platform to advertise falsely a functional apartment)!

Inaccurate description of a hazardous place

The location was on the piazetta

I have been waiting for a reply to my complaints to no avail. So, here you go: 1. The access to the appartment is highly dangerous and this should be mentioned in the description. Both Booking.com and the owner should be liable for this. My wife fell down the stairs that would be better described as a ladder given the very steep inclination and the narrow steps. Even the ramp is broken and "repaired" only with tape!! It is extremely difficult to bring your luggage upstairs and very hazardous to bring them down. People MUST BE WARNED that they need to be young and fit to access. 2. The flat screen TV is a joke: It's a 21" computer screen, neither powered nor connected to anything. The photos show "Netflix" on the screen but this is FAKE. 3. The bed needs a new mattress. It must be 30 years old! 4. The A/C will cool down the room to 25ºC at best. I am not going to go any further. The most shocking part is that I heard nothing back from Booking.com or from the owner. I paid for 3 nights and spend only one night as my wife was obviously afraid to go in and out of this place. Although I am strong and relatively fit, I was very uncomfortable myself. I was only relieved to manage to bring the luggage back to our car and leave.

Great location not cheap.

Location is very good over looking the port of portofino

We were family of 4 ,1 double bed one single bed 1 camping bed was provided . Camping bed was made by 3 separate foam cushions it was not suitable anyone 30 kg and above to sleep on it . Legs of the bed were collapsing in every move . Ended up sleeping on the floor . There were ants all over the place.

Just be mindful of the last flight of stairs, they are extremely steep. Really cannot fault this accommodation at all. Staff were extremely accommodating for us and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again as it was value for money!!

Fabulous, must be done once in a lifetime

The apartment is more than sufficient for two people. There is even a separate bedroom with single bed. The kitchen seems complete however we never used it. The front door of the property is right in the main square. The property is clean and tidy. The village is idyllic, a must see picture post card of a place. Restaurants in the village serve really good high end food. Good walk out to the lighthouse and boat trips offer fabulous views.

62 stone steps from road to apartment which are quite steep in places ( built before building regs). No bakers butchers or cake shop in village (not that we saw). Restaurant prices are high but good food.

L’emplacement est parfait , rien à dire la dessus, c’est un appartement spacieux.

-La wifi ne fonctionne pas. -La télévision toute petite ne fonctionne pas non plus. -Manque un peu d’accessoire (douche et cuisine) -Poêle abîmés ce qui est dangereux pour la santé. -Et le propriétaire ne réponds jamais quand on lui demande de l’aide concernant le wifi. Il envoie juste des messages automatiques pour nous dire de sortir à l’heure pour le Check out

Überteuertes abgewohntes Appartement in guter Lage

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit

Check-in um 15h und check-out schon um 10:00! ist um den Preis nicht ok und man muss auch noch jeweils 1/2 Std abziehen bei der An- u Abreise: 1. Irgendwo am öffentl Platz halten - was so gut wie nicht möglich ist weil du überall weggescheucht wirst 2. Schlüssel zi fuß suchem 3. dann zurück zum Auto 4. In die Parkgarage 5. Mit den Koffern von dort zu fuss durch die enge Gasse zum App. 6. Das Hinauftragen der Koffer über die vielen extrem steilen und engen Stiegen ist nur für sehr fitte Menschen möglich!! Auf unsere nette Frage, ob eir zumindest länger parken können wurde der Vermieter sehr unfreundlich und überheblich! Das App ist stark renovierungsbedürftig: Fenster, Betten alt u qietschend, Küche komplett hässlich!!, BZ mit beschädigten Kästen, nur 1 internat Adapter zum Laden, veraltete u zusammengestoppelte Einrichtung. Viel zu teuer für rund 95 pP / Nacht ohne Frühstück!! Das rechtfertigt auch nicht die Lage - leider eine Abzocke hier generell.

Man muss sich nur einmal im Leben mit einem derart unfreundlichen Menschen und seiner schmutzigen Absteige rumschlagen,

Die Lage ist zentral mit Sicht auf den Hafen und den Hauptplatz Portofinos

Die Unterkunft ist in Wirlichkeit ein Dachzimmer mit einer Mini Küche, einem Miniabstellraum, in den ein Einzelbett gepresst wurde, das durch einen schmuddeligen Vorhang von den Kartonagen alter Geräte abgetrennt ist und einem Minibad mit ekliger Baumarktduschkabine. Die fünf verschiedenen Treppen bis zu dieser Absteige sind viel zu steil, schmutzig und mit viel zu schmalen Tritten versehen. Dass meine Frau bei ihrem Sturz von selbiger Treppe keine größeren Verletzungen davongetragen hat, ist nur ihrem jeugendlichen Alter geschuldet. Die „Möbel“ scheinen aus einer Wohnungsauflösung der Großmutter des Vermieters zu stammen. Der Vermieter antwortet auf keinerlei im Vorfeld gestellte Fragen. Die Resonanz kommt erst wenn dieser unfreundlichste aller Vermieter seinen hochheiligen Schlüssel ein paar Minuten zu spät bekommt, was vermieden hätte werden können, wenn er kommuniziert hätte. Stattdessen bekommt man dann in unzureichendem Englisch die Nachricht: „I call police“ obwohl man auf eine freundliche Frage eine freundliche Antwort auf italienisch gegeben hätte. Der Autostellplatz ist in Ordnung und sauberer als das Dachzimmer.

biz çatı katindaydik ve en ust katın merdivenlerini bavullarla çıkmak zor oldu. Temiz ama çok eski eşyalar.. mesela yataklar rahatsızdı 1 kişinin kaldığı oda çok cok küçük
