The location and the view is very nice.
The apartment is very old and a lot of things are broken there. AC in bedroom was not working, the terrace was very dirty, not possible to use. Also stairs are so steep that not everyone can use it. Also the stairs are particularly dirty. Keep also attention the landlord charges some extra payment that is not mentioned in total price, so you will have some unexpected surprise.
