About this apartment rental

Magnificent 4-room apartment on a good 125 m² living space with a large, sunny south-facing terrace and mountain views, located on the ground floor of the 4-party house, with its own parking space.
Renting from August 2019 after extensive modernization. Floor coverings all new, bathroom with tiles new, (sep. Toilet as well), new fitted kitchen, etc.
The sunny city apartment in Markt Murnau is new and of high quality furnished and equipped.
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with new JOCKENHÖFER * BOX SPRING BED (with topper and tasteful decorative pillows).
Bedroom 2: comfortable double bed and built-in closet wall-to-wall.
Living room: brand new JOCKENHÖFER ECKSOFA with lounge / lying area. Design glass table on wheels, lowboard, TechniSAT flat screen TV (40-inch).
Kitchen: modern and functional fitted kitchen NEW with HIGH GLOSS SURFACE white. Brand built-in appliances: BURG dishwashers, cookers, convection ovens and free-standing refrigerators / freezers. FULL EQUIPMENT: with dishes (6 pers.), Cutlery (6 pers.), Glasses, knife set etc. In addition: toaster and kettle in stainless steel look. Espresso machine, black high gloss.
Cozy corner bench group made of solid wood, reprocessed and interpreted in a modern way - high-quality carpentry by local companies.
Conservatory extension with Corbusier lounger, blue leather, as a reading / chill / audio / relax space.

    Very clean, well equipped and quiet. Central location meant that there was often no need to use the car - all shops in walking distance (even for oldies!) and the station also very near for the train to Garmisch or Oberammergau (also Munchen, although we didn't go there by train.)

    We spend a wonderful 8 days on this lovely apartment and enjoyed the generous space with all amenities you could wish for. We especially enjoyed the deck chairs on the terrace. The location it amazing because you are at the top end of the highstreet as well as a 10min walk from 2 great supermarkets. Aldi and Edeka. The surrounding nature is a dream and a bicycle hireshop is also just a 10min walk away. Michaela met us at the flat and she offered to stay in touch for any questions but te apartment has a super folder with all information you need as well as lots of suggestions for things to do. We can only recommend that you book if you want a wonderful place to enjoy. Best wishes Ina

    Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr zentral gelegen. Leider ist der Straßenverkehr sehr laut (bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu hören). Die Betten haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Sonst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

    Die Lage ist nicht ganz verlockend an einer Kreuzung, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern war kein Verkehrslärm zu hören.

    Sehr schöne Wohnung, großzügige Terrasse, gepflegt und modern, trotz Innenstadt Blick auf die Berge. Kurze Wege zu Ausflugszielen und in Murnau selbst. Leider : viel Straßenlärm auf der Terrasse, im Haus bei geschlossenen Fenstern allerdings gut isoliert.

    Nous avons été très bien reçuS par notre hôte. L’appartement est très spacieux et très confortable . Emplacement idéal pour un séjour en Bavière, à 10 min à pied de la gare avec un train direct et plaisant pour Munich et très proche des châteaux de la région .
