This spacious vacation apartment, measuring approximately 74 m², is located on the first floor in a quiet part of Seehausen’s historic town center. It’s only about 300 meters—or a two-minute walk—to Staffelsee and the boat dock. The apartment is particularly well-suited for couples and families with up to two children. The living room, which is about 28 m² in size, offers plenty of space to relax. It features a corner sofa, a pool table, and a sleeper sofa for two people. When occupied by two guests, the sleeper sofa can remain unused, leaving the entire living area—including the sofa and pool table—available for use. For families, the sleeper sofa can be used as an additional sleeping space. A baby crib can also be set up. The separate bedroom features a 180-cm-wide double bed with two 90-cm-wide mattresses and its own TV. Another TV is located in the living room. The separate kitchen offers a cozy dining area with a corner bench and two chairs. Amenities include a refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

A special highlight is the combination of the ground-floor location, private terrace, and directly accessible garden area. From your private parking space, you can access the garden directly through a private garden gate. The terrace and garden feature two tables with a total of four chairs, a hanging chair, two lounge chairs, an awning, and a parasol. The outdoor area offers plenty of space for sitting, relaxing, and spending time together outdoors. From the terrace and garden, you can enjoy views of the greenery surrounding the house. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. A washing machine is located right in the apartment. Wi-Fi and a private parking space at the house are included. Bed linens and towels are provided as a starter set. A travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; smoking is allowed outdoors or on the terrace.

The vacation apartment is located in the heart of the historic town center of Seehausen on Lake Staffelsee. Here you’ll enjoy a quiet, village-like atmosphere, surrounded by old farmhouses, with Staffelsee practically on your doorstep. It’s about a two-minute walk to the lake and the boat dock. There, you can take tours of Staffelsee or rent boats. Right at the boat dock is Café Fischerstüberl, which features a terrace and a beautiful view of the lake. A small village store is right next door, and the nearest bakery is about 50 meters away (not open every day). The Stern Inn and the al Lago Restaurant are also within easy walking distance and accessible even with a stroller. The proximity to Murnau is particularly appealing. In just a few minutes, you can reach numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and cultural attractions such as the Castle Museum and the Münterhaus. There’s also a movie theater and numerous events throughout the year. Lake Froschhauser and Lake Riegsee are also within easy reach. Other great destinations for day trips include Lake Walchensee, Lake Kochelsee, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Lake Eibsee. Hiking and mountain trails can be reached in a short drive from Ohlstadt or Bad Kohlgrub, for example.

Even without a car, you can easily explore the surrounding area. The electronic guest card allows for free use of regular bus routes in the Blaues Land region as well as certain train connections in the area. In addition, the Blaues Land Bus offers a convenient on-demand shuttle service (not included with the guest card).
