we got the apartment Kuschl’Eck that is on the upper floor with external staircase: - Angélika is superb. she welcomed us at the apartment and prepared complimentary for us. - Very quiet location and the wooden house is very cozy - The apartment has everything you need for a long weekend. The kitchen equipment is good for cooking a simple meal.

Everything, apartment, location, the lovely host… were fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, it exceeds the impression from pictures. The care in the details shows that there is taste and heart behind it. The apartment had all necessary tools and services. We had a short stay but would love to come back. Totally recommended!

Ideal spot to top up your batteries.

Great quiet location. We were very comfortable and warm for an overnight winter stay. Easy 15 minutes walk into town for a fantastic brewery drink and dinner. Lovely host met us at the time we agreed taking her time to assist our stay.

Superb

We really enjoyed the sauna and the wooden architecture. A beautiful place to retreat. The host was very forthcoming and we really enjoyed our stay in Murnau. Its a beautiful region.

We are avid cookers, and as is common in many German vacation homes from our experience, the kitchen utensils were limited. But nothing we couldn't solve with some creativity.

Superb

This is a very large and well appointed apartment. A free train and bus ticket for the local area is included in the cost. Unfortunately we were not able to make best use of this due to the trains being cancelled following a major storm. It's in walking distance of the REWE supermarket, railway station and two breweries. There was planty of crockery etc. although a few more cooking utensils would be useful.

We arrived later than expected as the train had been delayed. It was a little difficult to locate the correct property in the dark. We rang the owner and she came out to find us - perhaps we should have rung earlier! The bathroom has underfloor heating which made it too warm. There seemed to be no way of adjusting the temperature. The other rooms were fine. There was no booklet giving useful details such as recycling or local facilities. Most apartments do provide this.

Very well furnished, very clean, very cosy. Everything to feel at home. The bathroom was great with bathtub and shower and the bed, really confortable.

There were no curtains on some windows of the bedroom. Can be difficult for the one who need full dark to sleep.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen mit einem Glas Hugo. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Besonders der Spa-Bereich hat uns gefallen. Wir konnten diesen spontan buchen, für einen kleinen Aufpreis. Auch dort fanden wir Sekt zum anstoßen. Das Appartment war sehr geräumig und es war alles an Küchenutensilien da zum kochen für kleine Gerichte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Lage ist gut. Nah am See und Stadt.

Beim Betreten der Wohnung wird man von dem Geruch „Weichspüler extrem“ herzlich empfangen. Wir haben Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die bei Benutzung nach „nassem Hund“ rochen, erstmal gewaschen. Wer putzen als Hobby hat kann sich richtig austoben: Geschirr mit Essensreste im Schrank, Arbeitsplatte, Spüle, Esstisch, … waren schmutzig und klebrig. Der Kühlschrank gab Aufschluss über die Speisekarte der Vormieter. Es gab einen gefüllte Wasserkaraffe in der sich, für Geologen sehr interessant, schon Ablagerungen gebildet hatten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr Profit orientiert und lässt sich auf Kompromisse nicht ein. Wohnung war für 3 angemietet und auch per Mail angegeben. Sie verlangte eine Nachzahlung für die 3. Person, da es angeblich nicht so gebucht war. Jede Nutzung der Sauna 16€ pro Person. Alles in allem sehr schmuddelig. Schade, denn das Haus hat wirklich Potential.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Apartments ist ruhig und zentral. Den See erreicht man schnell zu Fuß. Die Berge erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 bis 25.min. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht. Hat uns ein bisschen herumgefahren und schöne Plätze gezeigt. Die Wohnung war individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Betten waren prima und hatten sehr gute Beleuchtung. Die Lage war äußerst ruhig und zum Zentrum von Murnau etwas 20 Gehminuten. Im Haus gibt's eine sehr schöne Sauna.

Kleinigkeiten, wie mehr Haken im Badezimmer, ein größerer Topf mit Deckel wäre gut gewesen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung aus Holz

Es ist gemütlich, mit großen Kamin. Im Haus ist fast alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Wir sind wirklich froh diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Schöne Lage und reichlich Platz für Auto abzustellen.

Man könnte ab und zu Spinnweben abmachen, Spiegel sauber machen . Und eventuell bei Sauna gut und sichtbar aufschreiben dass es zusätzlich kostet. Und Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist zu dunkel für schminken.

Bezaubernde Unterkunft in schöner, ruhiger Lage mit viel Platz auch bei schlechtem Wetter.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin. Viele Gute Tips die Uns sehr geholfen haben! Schöne, ruhige Lage aber auch viele Ziele zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben in den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt kein Auto benötigt!

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage war gut.

Ein Marder lebt direkt über dem Schlafzimmer und hat meinen Schlaf von 22.00 Uhr bis 1.00 Uhr nachts massiv gestört und trampelte ab 5.00 Uhr morgens erneut auf dem Dachboden. In der letzten Nacht ertönte ab 22.30 Uhr alle 30 Sekunden ein Piepton und mein Schlaf war zusätzlich gestört. Ebenso machte der Kühlschrank Lärm.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Wir hatten schöne Tage am Staffelsee.

Die Lage zum Staffelsee war super. Nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch und man war an einem schönen Strandbad. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach mit allem was wir gebraucht haben. Parken konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen.

Leider hat die Ferienwohnung „Kuscheleck“ keinen Seeblick. Balkon geht in einen kleinen Innenhof. Alles ist aus Holz, Decken, Wände und Boden. Das muss man mögen.

Es hat bei unseren Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen an 6 Tagen geregnet - haben das Beste daraus gemacht.

Die Nähe zu den Bergen. Der Staffelsee war zu Fuß zu den Anlegestellen Murnau-Achele oder Seehausen gut zu erreichen. Eine Schifffahrt lohnt sich immer.

Leider hat man im Erdgeschoß der FeWo keinen freien Blick zum See.

Ein Traum

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in einem hübschen Appartement mit Garten und Freisitz. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail. Es war sehr gemütlich in dem großen Holzhaus mit sichtbaren Balken und es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im Garten oder in der Hütte abstellen, die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage ist malerisch, fußläufig 5min zum Staffelsee. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich ein Fahrrad oder Auto, Gasthäuser sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
