This was a perfect place to relax. The unit next door is under renovation during the day. The neighborhood is friendly and a lot of activities for your stay. When they say the parking is tight, believe it. The smaller your vehicle the better for the assigned parking. The unit was nicely furnished and the welcome basket was thoughtful. A gas / electric fireplace would be a great addition for the chilly nights.

This is a good location with close access to bay and beach. Only negative is the AC is ridiculously loud every time it kicks on and sounds like someone is vacuuming!

Good: The property is in a great spot where you can walk right out the back door and onto the beach at the bay. Two levels are nice if you want to put your kids to bed and not wake them up like we did.
Bad: The dishwasher didn't work and you could tell. 80% of the dishes when we got there were dirty. We also had blood spots on our back door patio on the concrete outside. When we asked about these items the property manager did not communicate well and although they did bring plastic dishes for us to use, this was only after really explaining how disappointed I was.
Overall I'd say a great location but pretty bad service.
