If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed

We had a wonderful time at this property! We are a family of 3 and brought our elderly parents and a dog. Very clean and bright. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and had all new dishes and utensils. The bikes and paddle boards were awesome. We enjoyed the rooftop and barbecue! Nicole was super responsive and helpful. The only bummer was a slow ice machine but no big deal! Would definitely stay again!

House was great. Excellent location and the kitchen was well stocked. One issue was the outdoor furniture was very dirty on both the upper deck and lower patio. The chairs on the lower patio were chained together and it made it difficult to use.
