About this house rental
This property sits just a few steps from the ocean, and has amazing views from both the first floor patio and the second floor balcony.
You enter the property through the rear first floor entrance into a light space with ocean style decor and hardwood floors throughout. The open plan living area can comfortably accommodate eight guests. You can sit at the breakfast bar drinking your coffee, relax on the leather couch, read a book in front of the fireplace, or just sit at the table and watch the waves roll in.
The modern open kitchen overlooks the living area and has all the facilities needed for a gathering of family and friends.
A half bathroom is also situated on the first floor.
The front of the property leads out to a large patio with amazing views of the ocean. A BBQ and family style seating makes for a relaxing evening watching the sunset right from your doorstep.
Need to rinse off after a day at the beach? There is an outside shower cubicle next to the kitchen door which is easily accessible from the front and rear of the property.
On the second floor, the wide stairwell leads you to three large bedrooms. The first bedroom holds two queen beds with ample space between them for comfortable sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a shared balcony with the master bedroom, and views of the ocean. The master bedroom also has a queen bed with plenty of closet storage.
In addition, the second floor has a large family sized bathroom with a unique ship portal window looking out to the sea. A large shower and separate Jacuzzi tub finish off this beautifully decorated bathroom.
This house is ideally located and walking distance to Mission Beach and Mission Bay. It is close to shops and restaurants.
