Great house and great location- steps to the sand and close to lots of great restaurants. The alleyways were a little confusing at first (Google really wanted us to do some dicey things) but once we picked some landmarks it was so great to have a garage spot!! The house was more than we needed, but it was nice to have so much space; and it would definitely be perfect for 2-3 families/ a big group. The neighborhood was friendly (lots of rentals, ymmv) and while we were anxious about the remodel construction a few doors down, it was no big deal (again, different stages of work may be more disruptive, ymmv). Good communication, easy instructions, and a lovely clean and well appointed home!
