About this house rental

1800 Sq ft, 3 story town home with a full bathroom and bedroom on each floor, kitchen and living room in the middle level with terrace. Beautiful sun deck with a 4 burner gas grill on floor 1, and brand new contemporary furnishings throughout! Mission Bay is 50 yards to the east, and the beach is just across Mission Blvd 100 yards to the west! A rare TWO parking spaces are provided for no extra charge and two Super Host manage the property to insure the most pleasant of stays!

We liked the location being just steips from the bayside and the beach. The Belmont ,shops and a park for kids was a quick walk away. There was an abundance of dishes, utensils and glasses as well as supplies and towels. The only drawback in the kittchen was the microwave being on top of the refrigerator which was not easy to reach if you're short. There were beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys and boogie boards. It was great for my famiy and plenty of space for everyone.We definitely enjoyed our trip and the host were responsive.

Perfect location! A very quick walk got us right to the beach and shops. The house was the perfect size for our extended family and we enjoyed our stay there. We’ll definitely be back again!

Not at all as pictured with dark brown decor throughout. Property needs serious upkeep and repairs and is run down. Needs thorough cleaning. No early check-in, even though the property had not been occupied that day and no cleaners showed up to clean prior to check-in. Cannot recommend given its current condition and price point.
