This contemporary 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom private home in North Mission Beach offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with plenty of natural light, high-end appliances, and privacy blinds. Perfect for families or group getaways, this spacious 1,365 sq. ft. home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with a MAXIMUM of 8 adults. Just steps from the beach, enjoy breathtaking views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean from your own private rooftop deck.

The spacious rooftop deck offers 360-degree panoramic views of San Diego, including Mt. Soledad, Downtown, Mission Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views of San Diego.
Exterior and First Floor:
The first-floor patio features comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying San Diego’s famous weather. After a day in the sand, refresh in the private heated outdoor shower, ideally located on the patio for your convenience.
Inside, the first floor includes two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2), closet, TV.
Bedroom 2: Full/Full bunk bed (sleeps 2 adults or 2–4 small children), closet, TV.
The Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with En Suite, Guest Bedroom and Full Bath:
Primary Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2), en suite bathroom, closet, TV
Bedroom 4: King bed (sleeps 2), ocean view, closet, TV
Guest Bathroom: Full bath with a washer/dryer for added convenience.
Third Floor (Main Living Area): The third floor features an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, barstool seating, a cozy living room with a TV, and a half bath. From here, step out onto the outdoor patio with a large dining table, awning, and BBQ grill—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing with family and friends.
Rooftop Deck:
Accessed from the third floor, the rooftop deck has an 8 top bar-height dining table and lounge area, providing the ultimate space to enjoy a drink while taking in the panoramic ocean and bay views. This unique feature is one of the few in Mission Beach offering such incredible vistas.
Beach Gear:
A fully stocked storage closet includes everything you’ll need for a day at the beach—beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, smash ball, volleyball, football, and more. Beach towels are conveniently stored in the bunk bedroom.
Parking:
This property offers two carport parking spots— a rare and essential amenity for beach vacations.
West Spot: 7'2"H x 9'0"W x 22'D, ideal for larger vehicles like an SUV (e.g., Suburban).
East Spot: 7'2"H x 7'8"W x 19'D, fits a mid-size SUV comfortably; larger SUVs will fit, but space may be tight.
Important Notes:
Primary renter must be 30 years or older.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
This is a 3-story home with stairs, and there is no bathroom on the first floor.
No pets. We are not a pet-friendly home due to allergies.

The property is equipped with outdoor-only security cameras for property monitoring. Cameras are located on the exterior of the home and do not record any interior or private areas.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it never disappoints. Neil is a great host communicates back with you very fast. The location of the house is great. It is close enough to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night up on the patio. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the location and the property is updated with plenty of space. The host was great at communication and even sent an A/C tech to investigate an A/C noise without us asking and the unit was working but the host was pro-active which is so great. There was beach gear stocked and not just the ordinary old rusty stuff that you would usually see - nice chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards which is so great as it makes the stay that much better and so much more convenient. We grilled on the deck and when we ran out of propane there was some additional propane exactly where our welcome book said it would be ready to go! These things make it feel like a vacation where you just don't have to worry about having what you need. Would stay again for sure.
