Luxury beach home with high end finish. This North Mission beach home boasts a 9 foot African mahagony bi-fold window that opens entire 2d floor great room to a quiet court and ocean views. Steps from the both the Pacific Ocean and Sail Bay and a short walk to Crystal Pier, restaurants and shopping. The home was designed with families in mind and is perfect for 2 families. The first floor has a bedroom (queen) and private bath/shower. The second floor has a great room/dining area, stainless/granite kitchen, and bedroom (queen and private bath/shower). The third floor has 1 double bed, a double mattress on floor and a private bath/shower, tv, and sitting area. The home has a large court level patio with dining furniture and a 3d level deck with teak patio furniture and ocean views. 20x20 two car parking garage. Other amenities include hardwood flooring, outside hot/cold shower, propane grill, 60 inch flat screen, stereo receiver for Iphone music, and hi speed wireless internet. The home also comes with washer/dryer.
Sleeps 6 in beds. Additional mattress on 3d floor for 2. No more than 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults. There is a 7 day minimum for reservations in the summer months of June, July and August.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Location was amazing and everything was within walking distance. The home had all that we needed and more for our 7 day stay. The host was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was seamless. Thank you for such a great stay!

Love the property and location. We had friends at Catamaran. Neighbors we wonderful the local and visiting. Best beach lane by far. I would rent again. We had little peeps sick and didn’t have any paper towels, rags, Kleenex or extra tp. I normally bring but first trip decided not to overpack. No beach chairs or umbrellas and no umbrella for table outside. We bought, which is ok. But definitely needs umbrella for outside patio table.
We did everything we wanted but the best was reserving The Fire Guy to set up tiki torch sunset s’mores on bay side for enjoyment of firework show at SeaWorld. That was our gran finale to our week long stay. We will definitely be back.
