About this house rental
This cozy 4 bedroom 1 bath beach house is just a few steps away from Mission Beach and Boardwalk. Beautiful beach view from the front yard. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.
1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom full over full bunk bed and 4th bedroom cal king.
This cozy house has everything you could need. High chair and pack-n-play.
This house does not have parking. There are 2 parking spots in the alley directly next to the house that are open to the public. There is more alley public parking further south and north of house. I will be happy to share my parking tricks for the house.
We have plenty of sand toys, scooters, beach chairs, umbrellas, folding table and chairs.
There is no A/C, there is a ceiling fan/fans in every room.

The location was incredible, the host very responsive and helpful.
The house is cute, but the walls are paper thin, and the interior definitely appears to be a quick flip for rental purposes.
But if a cute beach shack immediately on the ocean is your thing, this is the ideal house.
