We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The patio space on every floor is a major plus as well! Great listing that is worth the price!

Very clean. Having laundry was a nice bonus. Great location. Easy walk to beach and nearby restaurants. Quick and helpful communication. Would definitely book again.

The rental was very comfortable. The location was great. Could walk to restaurants and shops. The beach was very close. We had a great stay. I found the Guest Portal for check-in and rental information cumbersome. I couldn’t find how to access it in the App without going to the original message email each time. Also, the floors had not been swept or washed. They were gritty and dirty as if the cleaners had forgotten to clean them. All in all we had a great time.

The kitchen had everything we needed and even had craft ice. The furniture showed a lot of wear. The games were a bonus. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathrooms had not had a deep clean in a long time and the tiles both in the showers and the floor were not clean. Around the toilets and sink were gross stains. The downstairs bed felt as if it would collapse. We were short a set of bedding for the futon and it took a day plus to get them, so we cobbled up what we could from another room and gave that to my son. The balconies were nice and had plenty of seating, unfortunately it rained our whole trip and everything go soaked. If we had all wanted to spend time at the beach there was very little to use in the garage.
