Max 6 adults. (can have 8 total guest count with 6 adults and 2 kids)
House inventory:
- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest
- One Beach Towel per guest
- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)
- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry Detergent
*PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING** While our #1 priority is ensuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation.
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, and an ice chest. If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. No pets allowed.
11. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
