The Milking Barn

Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, so quiet and peaceful, the only noise is the birds singing, in reality you are only 6 minutes from the town. The accommodation has been done up to a lovely standard, comfortable beds, nice large kitchen. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Ashley (the host) was very helpful and answered queries in minutes. Thank you for your hospitality, I will be recommending the Milking Barn to family and friends.

We loved this property, it was really spacious and clean. The property is situated on a farm which was really peaceful and quiet with a friendly owner who was very accommodating and took time to show us round the farm land and see his animals. The kitchen was lovely and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Two comfortable bedrooms one with en-suite with a walk in shower, and a separate bathroom too with a shower over the bath. The lounge had plenty of seating with a log burner and tv with access to Netflix and other apps (without the usual channels.) Outside was a seating area and small garden with a washing line and bbq. It is central so travelling to the coast was easy as was Wells, Longleat Safari Park and Glastonbury.

We liked everything.

Location and space were good, spacious, comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. Only added extra that would make this amazing is a small welcome pack/bathroom essentials.

Nothing not to dislike

The location was great for visiting the surrounding areas,plenty of walks. Quicksilver Mail the food was great well worth a visit.
