Very clean and easy to use

All facilities were there

The self check in is easy and convenient with the lock box. The room set up is very nice. All appliances and facilities are good. The room was clean. I like the small addition of shower gel etc. Less to bring on my journey. Overall its a nice studio apartment and fit for purpose.

The hairdryer doesn't work properly. I think there's a loose wire, it stops and starts. Batteries in the remote need replacing. The back rear window doesn't close or lock which was very unacceptable to me for security reasons. It was held together with a cable tie! Rear garden is very overgrown and difficult to navigate with bags to the house.

Ideal for what we needed.

Nothing to consider as a dislike.

Very well presented, amd tastefully decorated. We stayed in Room 8 on the top floor, at the back. It was equipped with a Tassimo Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Hob, and Fridge/Freezer. Small toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and 3 replacement toilet rolls. There were instant coffees and tea provided, as well as 2 flat whites and 2 cauupccinos for the tassimo. Also provided were an iron and an ironing board. The supply of all essential utensils including scissors made it the perfect place for a self catering stay.

The bed was incredibly hard, and only 1 pillow per person was provided, whixh were both flat and also hard. The covers on them, although they looked nice, were not great to sleep on with rouching all across it and I had to flip the pillow over to sleep on the side with the flap to seal the pillow in the case. The toilet seat was cheap and felt flimsy, but was very clean.
