It was a bit complicated to find the property

My second year at this property. Convenient for my needs. Clean self catering unit.

Parking can be a problem.

The location was easy to find. There was good parking on an adjacent side street. The let was in a quiet residential area. The room litself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric hob, and a large wall mounted TV. There is a good corner shop nearby.

The exterior of the property looked shabby and the flooring in the interior hall and stairs needs either deep cleaning or replacing.

Very well presented, amd tastefully decorated. We stayed in Room 8 on the top floor, at the back. It was equipped with a Tassimo Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Hob, and Fridge/Freezer. Small toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and 3 replacement toilet rolls. There were instant coffees and tea provided, as well as 2 flat whites and 2 cauupccinos for the tassimo. Also provided were an iron and an ironing board. The supply of all essential utensils including scissors made it the perfect place for a self catering stay.

The bed was incredibly hard, and only 1 pillow per person was provided, whixh were both flat and also hard. The covers on them, although they looked nice, were not great to sleep on with rouching all across it and I had to flip the pillow over to sleep on the side with the flap to seal the pillow in the case. The toilet seat was cheap and felt flimsy, but was very clean.
