I will most likely be back.

The Lodge was as described. It was compact and clean, and absolutely adequate for my short stay. WiFi was great.

BBC1, strangely, did not seem to be available. There was no phone signal (EE) but that might just be my supplier.

Quirky accomodation in a lovely location

Although it’s on the host’s property it still feels secluded and the gardens were beautiful

Only thing it lacked was a cooking facility but being made out of wood and the added load on the electrical supply I understand why it didn’t have one. A solution could be to provide a little electrical grill

Cost effective accommodation but I wouldn't go back.

The pod / lodge was in a nice countryside location. Bed was comfy and the shower was good.

The wifi didn't work. The host messaged back some passwords when I text, but then said it must be down, and that was it! No one came to check it or try to get it working in the two days I was there, even though I said I needed it for work and I presume the hosts house was just 30m away. There was dust and dirt on the pillow when I got there. It is a pod, so expected a bit rustic, but it didn't feel as if it had been checked properly before my stay.

I'd recommend it

The location was lovely, so close to yeovil but feeling very rural, Lodge was clean neat and tidy with a lovely deck area, sun loungers chairs and a outdoor grill which i wasn't expecting. Would have loved atoaster though

The bed was very high and difficult for me to get on to, id checked level access shower and close parking and didn't think about the bed being difficult to get on. Also having asked if tea/coffee was provided there were only 3 tea bags for 2 eves and 2 morning a bit stingy

The location of the Lodge is peaceful and idilic. Great if you want to get able to get away from it all… The wild life was also a bonus…. was able to get some good shots with my camera

Relaxing Stay in the countryside

The location was perfect the Accommodation was lovely Very clean and nice and quiet just bird song and the occasional train .

I'm 6'2" so the mattress was a bit short for me and a little hard

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good value for a short stay. Parking space beside lodge ,so good for unloading. Close to Yeovil and Dorset countryside.

Wi fi didn't work but I enjoyed the peace. I was alone but it would be a squeeze for two unless you were well organized with your luggage.

Perfect, relaxing getaway

The property was well situated just outside Yeovil in a very peaceful, countryside setting. We saw many rabbits and a couple of foxes just stopping by in the lovely surroundings. The lodge had everything we needed for our getaway and was very clean. Warm and cosy. Amazing value for money.

Quiet and peaceful gateway in the greenery.

Very comfortable little place. Great location, peaceful and green. Amazing to wake up to the birds chirping. Extremely accommodating host, easy to follow instructions and fast communication. Will definitely be back when it is a little warmer to use the amazing patio. Recommend to anyone who is looking for quiet gateway.
