Liked the caravan- it was cosy and comfy and well located for us- arriving was easy, parking was fine and staff helpful
Our kids found quite a lot of other peoples rubbish under the beds when playing (we found them trying to eat some old thing we hadnt brought), there were also someone elses clothes still in the wardrobe. It was also a muddy quagmire to walk from the car to the caravan. None of this was a deal braker for us, the price was good, but our family budget is tiny, so t was quite a splurge for us and a more though clean and a bit of gravel to stop us all wading in mud would have been more in line with our expectations. Despite this I would stay again- it was fine overall, just lacking a bit for us due to these things.

Having to walk through wet mud to get to the caravan

The caravan was warm and dry, no sign of damp. The directions to get to the site were good, the use of What Three Words was very useful. The heating system was efficient, when we had got it going, given how damp it had been it was a pity that no-one had thought to turn this on a low settiing prior to our arrival.
The image on the website was not the caravan we ended up staying in, ours was tucked away in the corner of a muddy field with no clear path from the parking area. The name of the accomodation was visible no where on the outside of the caravan so we were unsure that we had arrived at the correct location; it wasn't until we were inside and looked at provided brochure that the name was confirmed. The area around the steps the vabn was a sea of muddy, slippy and dangerous; when I contacted the owners they placed rubber mats over the area which helped a little but did nothing for the walk between the van and the car park area. Whilst no one can help the weather the fact that this had not been picked up upon before our arrival was disappointing.
The caravan, whilst appeared clean on arrival, had obviously not had a throrough clean for sometime, and had not been checked appropriately for 6 people to stay for four nights. There were no spare bin liners or toilet rolls, there was no hand soap in the toilet sinks and no hand towels. All of the cutlery and crockery needed to be washed, no washing up liquid provided, before they could be used. Discarded clothing from previous occupants was found in the wardrobes and dirty underwear underneath two of the beds, which was only found as we were doing the final checks prior to our own departure.

Great location for exploring Street and Glastonbury. Quiet and stress free, two toilets was ideal. Warm and comfortable.
Good price.
Cleanliness wasn’t great, shower room could do with a deep clean. Fridge was dirty and there was a smell in that area- probably the bin.

Handy having 2 toilets! Quiet location set back off the road. Double bed was comfortable. Good functioning kitchen. Had heating!
Cleaning and bed mades to okay standard.
Difficult to get taxis - not made aware of this before.
Bins not clearly signposted, not visible, not great directions.

Really nice spacious caravan on a quiet site. Very clean. Lovely location.
Couple of things could have been better:
1. The caravan is not named. I arrived late, in the dark and had no idea which caravan it was. Please put a name on it. There were some chaps in a garage who helped me out but not sure what I would have done had they not been there.
2. Providing basic things like washing up liquid would be great.

It was very homely. In a lovely quiet location
Could have been cleaner. Not one to look to closely at the cleanliness of a place but my 9 month old who was crawling on the carpet in the living area when all of a sudden he went suspiciously quiet, I went over to him and he was playing with a ball of black hair. There was also black hair on the floor in the toilets and the fridge needed a clean but the bedsheets were spotless and the bathroom amenities were clean.

The caravan was in good condition and was good value for money. Location is good for exploring the area around Glastonbury. Low light pollution gives great view of the stars at night
When we arrived (4 pmish) the caravan had been in full sun all day with only one window open, so it was extremely hot. As a consequence, I didn't get to sleep until 2 am and was woken by the cockerel crowing at 5.30 am, which wasn't great.
The next day we left all the windows opened (but locked) and drew all the curtains while we were out and it was much more comfortable. The cockerel still woke me at 5.30 am, but at least I'd slept beforehand.

The site was very peaceful. Easy to find and in a good location for Street and Glastonbury. Well equipped kitchen, cosy bedding and comfy sofa.
There are a few things that need some maintenance, the toilet door handle lock does not work, toilet seat in main bathroom was loose, the clip to hold the caravan door was broken, and the shelf in the fridge door that you put milk in was broken on one side.

Wonderful peaceful setting. I was fortunate with great weather.
The gentleman who appeared to tend and keep the environment looking great.
I approached him with a problem re hot water. He immediately took action and corrected the problem within two minutes..that's impressive
Personally I was looking for a very peaceful , quiet time away. I got exactly that , completed by birds singing and bees being very busy in the garden area. Delightful indeed
Great surprise finding washing up liquid, and other equipment to allow me to wash up easily without having to trot out and purchase these goods

The location was stunning. I am happy in any field and this was just up my street. A quiet location with a private space outside amongst trees and nature. It was about 4 miles from Glastonbury and there was plenty to see.
A local convenience shop would have been handy.

Nice location, a beautiful part of the World. The property was clean and everything in place. Bring your own tea.
The shower head was broken and the manager/owner called me and was very abrupt about replacing it. Implied that it was us and what a hassle it would be to change. Not very pleasant conversation if honest. Then left a new shower head on the doorstep for us to replace.

We had problems with the gas being off when we arrived and no hot water.
Other than that all good.
Seems a nice quiet place.

Very cosy and warm caravan that was much better than we expected.
The Whole family really enjoyed it and found it excellent value for money for a Glastonbury exploration weekend.
The neighbouring caravan played loud, booming music till 10pm on Saturday. It broke up the very peaceful countryside noises

Location is great. Calm, relaxing place to stay. Lovely views and easy access to country walks and local towns and villages. Love the birds too.
Didn't like getting to the end of our stay and leaving. Would be happy to stay for ages

The caravan was in a beautiful location, had everything you would need, and the picnic bench outside was a great little bonus!
The site was very difficult to find, even with sat nav and whatthreewords - could maybe do with a small sign visible from the roadside...

Man in charge not friendly, quite unwelcoming and rude kept checking only 3 of us were in caravan wouldn't allow my partner to park by van. The van smelled strongly of cannabis on our arrival and I was covered in flea bites by departure. Owners cockreals crowing right next to van at 4.30 am,would not recommend

The site is only 11m8ns away from Glastonbury Town centre. It was nice to come in and out of the energy. Great value for money compared with in town prices

Fab location, beautiful setting in a lovely village with a nice little pub. Short drive to bigger local amenities and tourist sites.
Super friendly staff on site, really accommodating.
Caravan is basic and a tad dated, BUT beds are surprisingly really comfy, with lovely duvets! More pillows would have been appreciated but that's just being picky.
Has everything you need for a self catering stay.
Quite dated (but that isn't a surprise as you can see this in the photos).
If I'm honest, the cleanliness wasn't quite up to a standard I would prefer, but was acceptable.
