Site was safe. Friendly and welcoming by other visitors. Quiet and private.
Would help to have more information in the welcome pack. For example how to recycle as different from where we live. The approach to the caravan door could do with levelling, paving slabs.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, good village location.
Suggest leaving the fridge door open when not in use to avoid it smelling. I had to clean it out before use - thanks for the use of the spray cleaner.
Exterior steps and pathway were uneven and probably waterlog wet weather. Front guttering was broken in two places. General exterior looked a little tired. Pictures / photos on the walls would make it more homely.

It was clean and spacious
Lovely surroundings and perfect for what we needed
No path to the caravan so I can imagine it being very muddy and messy on shoes if winter and heavy rain but I was aware of this so made sure I have shoes fit for if it were muddy

It was central to where we were going
Not enough crockery for 6 people
Toilet seat broken
Shower not clean clump hair on shower chair
One car for size of accommodation is not adequate
Locking of entrance gate at such an early hour not ideal
Quilts thicker than the pillows
