Sweet cottage, nice garden

Full of character. Well equipped kitchen and lovely master bedroom.
We should have fully read the description as the downstairs bathroom back up some steps not ideal for my elderly mother.

cosy - nicely characteristic - easy access to river - beautiful garden
no balcony dispite this being mentioned in the description
had to pay for parking - this should be mentioned along with how much it costs
one of the kitchen chairs was broken so unable to use
new recycle bag needed -
dispite asking on a number of occassions if it was possiblet to get into the cottage before 4 pm , when we did arrive , we found that it had not been cleaned at all and after a number of phone calls and a bit of tidying up ourselves we finally was able to get into the cottage after 7 pm as they had forgotten to clean the place

nicely furnished and decorated in a lovely location
it seemed a little damp. it was quite chilly and could get the heaters to work. bit really many kitchen utensils
