Clean, modern heating and plenty of hot water. Nice views to the north/west across the dart estuary to haytor. Hotel quality sheets/towels. Dog friendly as most people seemed to have dogs who were very playful & friendly. Great pubs/shop and ferry to Greenway was fun.
Smoke alarms kept beeping 24/7. Front ground floor door needs a privacy blind as it faces the bathroom. Plug in kitchen sink needs replacing. Children in adjoining property got up early & floorboards are really noisy but in Easter school holidays it was to be expected.

Lovely view up the river. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Large living area and bedrooms. Additional shower room with loo so no bathroom queue :) We enjoyed sitting at the picnic table eating breakfast or having a glass of wine watching the sunset, just gorgeous.
Generally the kitchen is well equipped but the oven is low powered so put up to max to heat up then bring down to temperature otherwise it won't get to temp in time. Take a walk to find the recycling bin area (out past number 10) early on so you can organise your rubbish before you start peeling.
