About this cottage rental
Come stay at the cottage guesthouse on our family owned and operated orchard & farm in the Palisade area. Our cozy cottage/guesthouse is the original farm bunkhouse located on 20 acres of prime orchard and farm land where you can make yourself at home and enjoy beautiful scenery.
We are located right on the Fruit and Wine Byway, a scenic roadway through orchards and vineyards! If you are interested in driving or bicycling on the Fruit and Wine Byway, visiting wineries, or wanting to relax and enjoy a beautiful fruit orchard, this is a great location! We welcome you to stay at our orchard to experience Palisade country and all it has to offer.

My son and I stayed here while attending the Palisade Peach Festival. Upon arrival our host greeted us with two gigantic, delicious and world famous Palisade peaches from her “Z’s Orchard”. Our stay was in the orchard’s former farm worker’s bunkhouse converted and modernized to a comfortable bungalow. The accommodations included a large private outdoor area with tables, chairs and a grill. Overall we could not be more pleased with our unique stay. Thanks Carol and Jennifer for the experience.

Very quiet and relaxing, off the beaten path but a short drive into downtown Palisade. The people at Z Orchard were wonderful. Loved it!

The bunk house was very simple but very nice and clean. In the middle of the vineyard area and close to Palisades and Grand Junction. Wonderful owners! We spent four days and loved it.
