Perfect location for enjoying the 18 Road trails and downtown as well as a base for trips to Grand Junction. Very neat former hotel with lots of old world charm and character. Unit is well-appointed, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. The bike storage rack is a big plus. Communication with Rebecca was timely. Will stay here again and recommend to friends whether they ride or not.

We stopped after driving from AZ to CO. Unit 1 was clean and cozy. The location is a block from good restaurants. When booking, I was unaware it was an apartment-style, but this may have been my mistake as the pictures are of a house. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well. We will stay again.

So glad we found this place! Traveling with pets can be tricky. This was awesome. So much better than a hotel. We have family in the area but because of our dogs, we couldn’t stay with them. This place is so nice, we may stay here with the dogs! The apartment was furnished with everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay for a biking weekend. Storage for the bikes, hose to was off bikes and even had rags to use for cleaning off the bikes. We would absolutely stay here again.
