Perfect location for enjoying the 18 Road trails and downtown as well as a base for trips to Grand Junction. Very neat former hotel with lots of old world charm and character. Unit is well-appointed, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. The bike storage rack is a big plus. Communication with Rebecca was timely. Will stay here again and recommend to friends whether they ride or not.
