This property is in the perfect location for enjoying downtown and has great access to mountain biking trails.

Perfect location for enjoying the 18 Road trails and downtown as well as a base for trips to Grand Junction. Very neat former hotel with lots of old world charm and character. Unit is well-appointed, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. The bike storage rack is a big plus. Communication with Rebecca was timely. Will stay here again and recommend to friends whether they ride or not.
