Clean and had necessary amenities that we needed. Our grandkids enjoyed playing foosball. We wished we could’ve had more time to enjoy the house - games, books, etc but we were there to attend a family reunion in Grand Junction.

We visited Fruita for a milestone birthday. The home was spacious, comfortable and the a lot of nice amenities, very kid friendly. We were all comfortable and felt safe. The whole process went very smooth. I highly recommend the lovely place to anyone. It was very centrally located.

The house was perfect for us! It was super clean, has a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space and every cooking gadget you could possibly need. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. Will stay again
